Card A:
FcA6tR7.jpg

If your opponent Special Summons a monster: You can Special Summon this card in face-down defense position (from your hand). When this card is flipped face-up: Flip 1 monster on the field face-down.

Card B:

"C" Microscope

Continuous Spell Card

You can activate this card during either player's turn. All monsters you control gain 500 ATK per monster Normal Summoned or Special Summoned by your opponent untill the End Phase. Monsters you control cannot be targeted by your opponent's monster card effects unti the End Phase. You must control at least 1 "C" monster to activate this card.

Card A is pretty interesting, being a BoM after it flipped face-up will make some beater cry, including a  monster with protection like Stardust or 101, but it's too generic and boring, for Card B I guess (since its wording is a bit confused) that its can activate like Continuous Trap, so that Confronting part is a bit much, though overall it's seem gimmickly and more playable, so my vote go to Card B

I like Card A however your opponent wouldn't be likely to attack the card if you summon it on their then. Therefore I don't see it's effect having use the way I believe it was imagined. Being a Gand Trap BOM makes it quite powerful, but it doesn't quite add up to Card B.
Card B is much more versitile compared to card A. Activating it after an opponents monster declares an attack could be a complete game changer.

Vote card B.

You two are bad. Card B is too gimmicky to be of any use, at all while Card A actually has a use and isn't excluded from decks that do not run "C" monsters, which in this game, doesn't actually count for anything, unless of course you plan on Summoning Confronting the "C" the same turn or somehow regaining control of a Flying "C". Outside from those monsters, the card is a dead draw most often, while Card A actually does something, be it bait for your opponent (remove it with removal, aka they waste their resources) or a mini Book of Moon which you can get either way (either you SUmmon it via its effect or just set it on your turn).

tl;dr: Two previous voters are scrubs, Card A is better by a long shot; gets my vote.

Card A's actually incredibly powerful for what it does. Being able to set one of your opponent's monsters as soon as it comes out and block an attack can be incredibly powerful when used right, making it a more versatile Jackfrost.

Card B doesn't even really make sense to me. Why make a Continuous Spell like this that is not flavourful not well designed in any way? Not just that, but it's pretty bad to boot. It doesn't really do anything but sponge stuff up.

Koko, you got it wrong, it has to flip faceup to flip something down.
