That's right, I'm right here, so who's up for challenging me.

Card Requirements: Create a Level 12 Main Deck monster that is somewhat boss-like.

Card A

If you have 2000 or fewer Life Points, and control no cards: You can Normal Summon this card without Tribute. Otherwise it requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon, and cannot be Normal Set. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you Normal Summon this card. This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. When this card is Summoned: Return all Set cards your opponent controls to the hand, and then reveal it; it remains revealed while you control this face-up card. Once per turn: You can declare the name of 1 Spell or Trap Card; banish a card with the same name from either player's hand, and if you do, that card's owner draws 1 card. When this card is banished or sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon as many "Forneus Eye Tokens" as possible to your side of the field in Attack Position. (Fiend-type/DARK/Level 3/700 ATK/500 DEF) Your opponent's hand remains revealed while you control at least 1 of these Tokens.

Card B

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand or Graveyard) in Attack Position or face-down Defense Position by Tributing 1 monster you control with the highest ATK (if its a tie, you choose). When this card is Summoned or flipped face-up: Both players declare 1 card name; cards with those names cannot be used while this card is face-up. After this card battles, change its battle position.

Forneus is quite frankly insane. The banish effect doesn't even really need the naming part, as due to the reveal effect, you can remove any outs or combo pieces your opponent draws. Oh, and what's that? CotH can revive it from the Graveyard and it doesn't care how it's Summoned? No, just no. This thing does too much.

Card B might not be entirely practical as a defensive two-sided Prohibition, but at least it doesn't do that^.

I vote Card A, the reason is Boss monster should have some powerful effects, or even stat, and Card B didn't have both, well its effect is useful, but not so powerful despite being the highest level monster and just want to ask, why you allow both players to declare a card? even only you declared the card, it's still not so hard to get rid of your monster, so yea, Card B is pretty weak imo

I vote for card A.

Card B is too underwhelming for a Level 12 meant to be a Main Deck Boss. It is a Prohibition that also be used by the opponent, and the ATK is too low, which would have been fine if the monster didn't change itself to ATK Position after being attacked so the opponent can beat it down with more ease.

Card A is powerful, and while it can be abused by Special Summoning it through other card's effects, it would need Deck dedication, and isn't that the point of a Main Deck boss? to be supported by its Deck? From that perspective, Card A follows the requirements of the challenge.

....Card A is a freaking 3500 Dandylion that can be triggered by Gold Sarcophagus or Foolish, a Dark if you play Chaos LS, and easily revivable for something as potent as this card. The fact that it's a dandylion is what made it broken. While Card B is underwhelming, it's comparably more balanced, and with this I choose card B.
