Maeriberii Haan
Rules 1. All YCM and Leaderboard Rules Apply 2. Cards must be PM'd to me. 3. First to 3 votes or most by the deadline wins. 4. Votes must have a valid reason, and must be 2 sentences long at minimum. 5. Winner gets 1 Rep from loser. 6. Written Cards are allowed. Deadline Card must be PM'd to me by 48 hours after I accepted the challenge Votes' Deadline is 72 hours after cards are up Requirement Entertain me. By that, I mean, create a card with at least 5 sentence of effects, and one must contain an alternate win condition. Yes, alt-win conditions are bad for the game, but let's see how you played with it.
Decisive Battle, The End of Dreams Field Spell Card This card can only be activated if you control no face-up monsters and your life points is 4000 or less. When this card is activated, both players draw cards until they have 7 cards in their hand, then both players immediately set as many Normal Summonable monsters and Spell or Trap cards from their hand to their side of the field as possible. This card is not affected by any other card effects. During each of either player’s End Phase, each player destroys 1 card on the field, except this card. If a player controls a card when their opponent controls no card (except this card), the player wins the duel.

Activate this card if your Life Points are 3000 or higher. Pay 2000 Life Points to select 1 monster from your Extra Deck and 2 level 4 or higher monsters from your Main Deck with different names and different Monster Types and/or Attributes; Banish the selected monsters face-down, also shuffle all monsters you control and in your Graveyard into the Deck, then if you have 4 or less cards in your hand, draw until you have 5 cards in your hand. During your 5th End Phase after this card's activation: Reveal the names of the 3 monsters banished face-down when you activated this card, then if you control face-up monsters with same (printed) names, you win the Duel otherwise, take 2000 damage.

Qliphort Tool
I vote Card A, the reasons are 1.) Card A is simple but interesting. those 7 cards drawn are the game results, so stalling deck can't use this, which I like this point. also while having an immunity, it's not completely invulnerable from being a field that can be easily replaced 2.) what? pay 2000 LP to draw 5 cards, and have a chance to instant win? idk who made this, but just ask yourself what's the balance
Maeriberii Haan
1-0 card A. Thank you for voting.
Aix
Decisive Battle is too abusable. Black Rose Dragon or Exciton Knight and its GG. Vote to Risky Choice, because it's basically only useful for a comeback play.
Maeriberii Haan
1-1 a tie. Thank you for voting.
Vector Nightmare
Uhum... both are actually quite abusable... Risky Choice can be quite crazy in certain decks that abuse backrow and Banished cards. Decisive Battle... is admittedly crazy in MOST things - .like Aix said BRD with this is almost auto-win. I have to say neither card is particularly well-designed... so I'm gonna vote for card B, because it's the less crazy of the two.
Kwisatz-Haderach
Thx for voting Vector. Risky Choice 2 - 1 Decisive Battle, The End of Dreams
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Both cards have abusable effects (last voter mentioned this), but given card B doesn't promote mass draws and is semi-reliant on luck (either you comeback from losing or you lose), it gets the vote. You each have the capacity to draw a high number of cards, however, but as mentioned, card B isn't as crazy. The effect of card A can be abused with BRD and other stuff, as AIX mentioned.
