Maeriberii Haan
Card A seems kinda too powerful for a generic 2 mat rank 1, as it can be used to screw with every single of your opponent's Xyz due to its mechanic, and generally cockblocking your opponent from doing much. Not to mention the shenanigans you can do by unequipping the card when your opponent declare a direct attack for further cockblocking. While Card B seems to be somewhat balanced. The protection effect is nice, but the best part is I guess the alternate summoning method. Though it's too similar to Nova. Anyway, vote for B, due to the above reasons. Vector Nightmare
...yeah I'm gonna have to go with card A here. I need an explanation why I can, with 1 card, get a free summon off my Banished cards, potentially build up my Graveyard, and get a 4000 beater or a 2800 double attacker when it leaves the field in any way except battle. Did I mention Honest, Limiter Removal (which also gets you free stuff here because why not) and the fact that it acts as a field wall if you have another Cyber Dragon on the field, which Cyber decks can vomit out like there's no tomorrow? Card A is pretty fair, a bit limited in application but at least it's balanced and works for its niche purpose. Card B is just overkill on steroids. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A: Can mess up an opponent's Xyz, have it lose points and mess up with Chaos Xyz/Rank-Ups but grants them LP during the End Phase. Also can SS itself and re-attach a monster from the Graveyard (and standard Union stuff) Card B: Uses Cyber Dragon as Xyz Material, also provides battle immunity to itself and targeting to all "Cyber" monsters while CD exists; detaches to summon a Level 5 and under LIGHT Machine, but can't activate its effects; SS a "Cyber" Fusion monster when it leaves via an effect. Vote goes to card A for balancing reasons. While stealing Xyz Materials is pretty harsh on its own, it does come with a LP drawback. Compared to being able to summon Cyber End/Twin off the beat when it leaves or giving your field battle/targeting immunity, even if the latter is reliant on having Cyber Dragon (last voter mentioned this)

-Noel-
hmm both cards are pretty nice, Card B make me feel like I'm seeing some premium support for SD26 and I can even imagine its image similar to Nova XD but it can't ss some Roid Fusion that I've seen used with Nova, which I think it's fine if this was made for promoting Cyber, and for Card A, quick-Union is interesting, though it's so good about making an Xyz target useless, at least that can't Rank-up part is so much imo so my vote go to Card B

Scary Face
Card A will ruin every single Xyz monster in the game, also Union as Quick effect is a bit much, and about Card B, hmm so this is Nova Zwei, but with easier summoning condition and easier ss Fusion effect. that protection effect is neat since Cyber didn't have so much protection nowadays, alright with Xyz Monsters' rage to Card A, I vote Card B
