ZWTYQZN.jpg

When you Special Summon a "Cyber Dragon" monster, you may special summon this card in face up Defense position from your hand. This card cannot change its battle position if you Special Summon this card this way. If you Special Summon this card this way: As long as this card is face up on your side of the field, your opponent cannot attack any other Light/Machine type monsters (except this card.)

mH7dKi3.jpg

If this card was sent from your Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Lightsworn" monster you control: You can Special Summon this card. Once per turn, if a card(s) was sent from your Deck to the Graveyard: This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for each card sent this way until your next Standby Phase.
I vote for Card A.

It supports a deck I like, helps them summon the upcoming Xyz, and prevents the other ones from being attacked. Also, it works with all Cyber Dragon monsters, even the Fusions. A wall they have to get through first sounds nice.

Card B:

It screams Lightsworn, and gives you a free Summon for using their effect. The only problem is that LS mill during the End Phase.

Theoretically, the ATK boost will never make it to where you can use it. And it is so minor, it is almost really a card designee to block an attack. I'd make the boost permanent or something to where it gains more ATK.

Card A can be SS alongside a Cyber Dragon monster (and possibly help with going into Nova or any Rank 5 you choose). Not to mention that it can still serve as fodder for Chimeratech/Eltanin (if people still use them in competition)

Card B is reliant on LS milling, though only once per turn. Essentially, it only lasts your opponent's turn so you, as the user, don't get much of a chance to use the added points.

Both cards are relatively balanced, but card A gets it for usability.
