The lack of visible assets in this thread is disturbing.

Anyway, Card A seems to be really nice, a pseudo Break!Draw! that special summons itself and being a tuner is definitely playable, especially in many battle phase oriented decks.

No one want to attack Card B, and Xyz monsters exists. Though the last effect is nice, It won't really stop you from getting OTK'd and you'll want Gorz/Trag/Fader/Scarecrow to be in your hand at those times more than this card.

Card A gets my vote due to usability.

(and being quite flat)

Card A is nice as a Tuner and an Equip Monster; give target ATK points (however they aren't set to a specific value other than being 700 max, but that could prove helpful in certain cases when you don't need to use the full 700) and allow a potential Synchro during MP2 (or Battle Phase, if you use Urgent Tuning or something similar). Plus, the draw is always nice.

Card B's effect is situational, given that Xyz exist nowadays (If this had been made during the 5Ds era and earlier, its usage could be better justified). Changing the Battle Position of a monster or bouncing one to the owner's hand is nice; however latter option requires you to have no monsters and like Rainbow mentioned, you'd prefer having Gorz/Tragoedia/Battle Fader, etc in hand instead of this; former won't really see much usage due to what I mentioned in the first part of reviewing).

That said though, card A due to usability
