1 LIGHT monster + 1 DARK monster + 1 other monster
Can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by banishing the above cards you control. (You do not use "Polymerization". This summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.) Once per turn, you can shuffle 1 DARK monster and 1 LIGHT monster from your banished pile to your deck and discard 1 card; send all other monster on the field to the graveyard. You cannot summon another monster for the rest of the turn you activated this effect. During your End Phase, send all other monster you control to the graveyard.[/spoiler]

Card A: Requires a monster to be banished from both the field and in hand/Deck to be summoned, banishes 2 LIGHT monsters for a Raigeki-esque effect and destroys itself if no more LIGHT in Graveyard. Plus, cannot have duplicates of him on field.

Card B: Requires LIGHT + DARK, and something else to be summoned, can reshuffle two of its "Fusion Materials" to the Deck with a hand discard to get rid of other monsters (with the restriction that you can't summon anything else) and gets rid of everything else you control during End Phase.

Card A could essentially be summoned on the first turn, since it only requires 1 of its required material to exist on the field (player can summon a low Level LIGHT monster; banish it along with a high Level from the Deck and essentially have a 3000 ATK at that point); though it will kill itself if no LIGHT monsters exist in the Graveyard. In LIGHT-heavy Decks though (LS, for example), they essentially have a Raigeki on a 3k body to destroy your opponent's monsters so they need to rely on backrow (not to mention fact that you could summon another monster and take advantage of the empty field).

Card B's last effect is a bit redundant if you already used this card's previous effect to get rid of everything else on the field [and you can't Summon any newer monsters to take advantage of your opponent's empty field]. However, it affects you as well [and gets around cards like Stardust or other cards that activate on being destroyed]

With that all said and done, my vote goes to B for balance reasons.

Card A:

Turning any LIGHT monster into a 3000-ATK beater with the ability of nuking the opponent's monsters if there are enough LIGHT fuel in the graveyard is too powerful.

Card B:

While it looks like a pain to Summon, its effect is more fair by having a discard cost and affecting both sides of the field.

My vote goes for card B.
