L5YSJkx.jpg

Can only be Special Summoned from your Graveyard by tributing 1 monster you control and cannot be Summoned any other way. Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster from your Graveyard; this card's ATK and DEF become the same as the monster banished this way until your next Standby Phase. When this card is destroyed, while this effect is still active: Return the banished monster to your Deck; shuffle your Deck, and draw 1 card.

aiQusLm.jpg

When this card is summoned, banish 1 level 4 or lower DARK monster from your graveyard. This card gains the banished monster's effect until the end of your opponent's turn. When this card destroys a monster by battle, banish 1 monster from your graveyard. This card gains the effect of the banished monster as long as this card remains face-up on the field.
Let's see:

Card A has a banish version of Winged Dragon's anime effect (except only lasts until the End Phase + 1 monster only); can recycle cards if it's destroyed while it still has a power bonus and can only be SS from Graveyard by Tributing a monster (which could be banished for set up for effect).

Card B essentially acts like Hundred Eyes to an extent (except you can have cards in hand while doing so + it's Level 4 or lower only) and if it destroys anything, you can banish again (although it's any monster in this case and permanent while it stays on field). Its overall stats are decent for a Level 4, however.

That being said though, it's difficult to choose between the two since both are good; but my vote goes to card A for being a bit more balanced IMO based on what I see.

Good luck to both of you though.

My vote goes to card A. Nice, simple effect, not broken.

While Card B is awesome, it is severely broken considering today's decks. Inzektor Dragonfly would be a simple target, for example. If the card was more balanced towards the end, such as only gaining one effect this way at a time, my vote would go to it.

So yeah, Card A.

Both cards have are very similar, but this is a consequence of the requirement so idk.

Card B getting any effects, unrestricted, and permanently, it simply completely bonkers. GEE, won't you just look at that DAD I dumped earlier...

Permanent effect gaining is a bad idea, especially when it bypasses any summon conditions which would have made the effect in question harder to achieve. A level restriction would have done nicely there.

Meanwhile, Teller basically acts as a Reborn and a Trooper. Its being able to loop is a bit iffy, but it certainly is a lot more balanced than miss copy-my-boss-monsters.

Plus Card A respects the problem-solving card text whereas Card B does not.

So Card A.
