Card Requirements:  Make a generic 2-mat rank 4 Xyz that has 2700 or more original ATK.

[spoiler='Lore']2 Level 4 monsters

When Xyz Summoned in Attack Position; change the battle position of all monsters on the field. (Face-down Defense Position monsters are flipped to face-up Attack Position.) Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; change its battle position. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard; change the battle position of all monsters on the field. All monsters whose battle positions were changed by this card's effect cannot change their battle positions until the start of the next turn, except with a card effect. [/spoiler][/spoiler]

You cannot Special Summon monsters. This card inflicts Piercing Battle Damage. Whenever an Xyz Material(s) is detached from this card, this card loses 400 ATK. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and discard 1 card to target 1 card on the field; return that target to the hand. During the opponent's End Phase, if this card has no Xyz Material, destroy it.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

Card A is essentially a battle position swapper on a 2800 ATK body. It's main weakness is that it has 0 DEF, which balances the 2800 ATK (due to it's effect) nicely. Though, I don't feel that this card will be a go-to Xyz (which is fine since this could be a nice tech for some Decks that prefer the battle position swapping). I wish it didn't have multiple effects for the same thing though.

 

Card B does a lot imo. A 3000 ATK body that inflicts piercing damage can be a huge problem for someone on the receiving end. However, the rest of the effects makes the controller think about what they want to do with this. Any attempt to clear the field with this card just makes it weaker, eventually destroying this card on the 2nd use. That requires a fair amount of thought, though you could just not think and take the risk of plowing this 3000 ATK monster over the opponent.

 

Tough choice since both cards have their flaws, but Card B has some hope in it. So, Card B gets the vote.

Card A :

(Face-down Defense Position monsters are flipped to face-up Attack Position.)(Well, that's plus, having the change all monsters positions is tactic use, depending the situation) Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; change its battle position. (then now you can change it to attack, whenever? Don't tell the catch is only once) When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard; change the battle position of all monsters on the field.(Now it runs to defense to be on the safe side...hmm) All monsters whose battle positions were changed by this card's effect cannot change their battle positions until the start of the next turn, except with a card effect.(Contradiction to it’s self)

 

Card B:

You cannot Special Summon monsters.(Wouldn’t lay this unless skill drain is up) This card inflicts Piercing Battle Damage.(great, 1+) Whenever an Xyz Material(s) is detached from this card, this card loses 400 ATK.(Ok, still a 2600 beast, seems only once will be when someone will use it’s effect of detaching) When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and discard 1 card to target 1 card on the field; return that target to the hand.(Dark world support, risk of losing it’s atk) During the opponent's End Phase, if this card has no Xyz Material, destroy it. (1-)

 

Over perceive: Card A more a well suited extra deck monster for any deck. While the other would be found in specific kind of decks, vote goes to the card that can be used in any deck, Card A!

I feel like Card A not only requires much more skill to operate to the top of its ability, but it is really creative and has many uses. Card B's Special Summon restriction just hurts it too much, a different draw back should've been chosen in my eyes, though how generic it is nearly pulled it through. Vote for Card A.
