Sora1499
this is my first time in this subforum whats the rule on voting? Choose the card you think is better, then give a legitimate reason for a. Why you think the card you picked is better and b. Why the card you didn't pick is inferior. вєgσттєη ιηѕαηιту
While I appreciate the attempt at card A, the fact that it's a level 12 does not mean it's allowed to be broken. Negating all effects that don't target on field, banishing a card when attacks, while being a 3500 beater is too much. Card B does a nice job of balancing it's effect with it's ATK and it's requirements. So my vote is for card B.
Northern Sage
1-0 Card B Thanks for voting.
Maeriberii Haan
Card A negates any searchers, continuous effects, and many other effects due to its vague wording. It also negates most handtraps. Add to that the banishing effect and that stat, and you have a broken mess of a card. At least it negates your own card effects. Card B is powerful, but fairer than card A, due to it having its own limit when negating cards. The self-revival effect might be abusable though with 2 of these in the grave, and Rank 8 Hieratic will really appreciate this card in their deck. But I do think that the effect is a bit too many and cluttered, but it still is ahead of Card A in balance. So vote goes to card B.

DARKPLANT RISING
Well honestly, it's hard to choose because I feel Card A is obviously too broken to vote for, but Card B is obviously a bit underpowered given its summoning conditions.See, as Infinite Rainbow pointed out, right now this can negate virtually almost anything. Not many field-clearing cards target nowadays, and it's almost impossible to kill this thing. Especially with its herp-derp-no-warning-lol clause. The only case in which that's accepted is Vennominaga (apart from how Armityle and that sorta stuff also deserved it, honestly). This isn't.B is rather - well, a bit UP'ed. Chances are you could go for better stuff, and the fact you've gotta wait for your opponent to move twice before you can negate - yeah, if it included your moves it would've been different, but anyways. And the revival seems a bit too dull. If you've got this out chances are you don't have cards left to Leviair or anything anyways. Tragoedia+random Level 2 Tuner could be yummy, but the space...Yes, the space. Given how most Synchros are OP anyways, you need something a bit flashy to be worth the space in the ever-tight extra. I can't find an exact situation in which I would want to summon this (besides aforementioned Trag), or a special objective as to why it was created in the first place. As a personal philosophy (omg he's got a philosophy about card games) I believe contest cards should have an objective BESIDES allowing it to enter the contest. Under normal circumstances I would say nyeh to the B, but since A is too strong to become a card, I'm voting for Naga.
