Requirements: Select an old non-Effect Monster and add an effect to it. "Retrain"

 

This contest was requested of me through PM, so good luck Tirasa and welcome to YCM.

 

Card A:

 

This card is also treated as a Warrior-Type monster. Once per turn: You can discard 1 Spell Card; send 1 card your opponent controls to the Graveyard.

 

Card B:

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Normal Summoned, declare either hand, Deck, or Graveyard. As long as this card remains face up on the field, cards cannot be moved from the declared location by card effects.

Card B Gatekeeper

Card B lacks in any sort of usability due to the very specific typing and stats. Mystic Tomato cannot and wouldn't really like to grab it. There's Mausoleum, but the card is so gimmicky it needs its own deck, and it dies to removal pretty easily.

Card A, while on the strong side, has uses and isn't really too broken.

Card A is quite good

with its simple effect.

But since B's in the hood

it's gonna get wrecked.

 

It's stats are shit;

not worth the tribute it demands.

And the fields it hit

with its effect, only damage your hands.

For it affects both players,

yes, it's true.

 

For all you haters

who claim, "I knew!"

This card's a simple - 1,

that makes sure, that, your enemy won.
