FLIP: Target 1 monster on the field; destroy that target.
During your Standby Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish this card; Special Summon 3 "Wolf Tokens" (Beast-Type/EARTH/Level 4/ATK 0/DEF 1000) in face-up Attack Position. These Tokens cannot be Tributed. FLIP: Flip any monster(s) your opponent controls into face-down Defense Postion, and place a Skull Counter on each of them. Then, you can send 1 Flip Effect Monster from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard.
A monster with a Skull Counter on it is destroyed whenever it is attacked or flipped face-up. If this card is moved from your Graveyard, or if this face-down card you control is destroyed, Special Summon 1 Flip Effect Monster from your Graveyard in face-down or face-up Defense Postion, except this card.[/spoiler]

Card A:
I kind of dislike the 3 monsters it can produce, as it makes massive Synchro Summoning stuff, but since most modern Token summoners can do that anyway, I suppose it isn't a big deal, and it doens't say up to. It can work well with Chain Dog as well. I feel like the whole FLIP is just there because it needed to, though, it is fairly balanced, as if you flip it face-up yourself, you might hurt one of your own guys. The banish may be a little bit meh, 6 cards is kind of insane, so unless you can manage that, you want to get rid of those Tokens fast.

Card B:
This card is just bad design. It makes every card useless, and if my understanding of Counters are correct, the card that put them must be on the field for them to still work. This is hard because of it being a FLIP effect, though it both has high DEF, and the fact that it can produce more FLIP monsters, including another one of that guy, that means that it can pretty much destroy everything really fast. Now, if my understanding of how FLIP monsters and mandatory effects work, you should be able to use the FLIP effect as Chain Link 2, meaning that it can send itself to the Graveyard, and then the destroy by battle effect triggers, making another one of him on the field. That is very powerful, and if anything, you can always just chain cards that protect againts battle destruction if you need to.

Card A is more balanced in my book, Card B is just bad design to me. Card A wins.

I did look that up while making the card, from my understanding they do not need to remain on field. I mean look at Magic Reflector.

Umm.. No?

The SSing effect works only when this face-down card is destroyed, if this card is attacked it is no longer face-down.

I'm fine with the vote though, we hardly get them anyways.
