Northern Sage
Actually, technically, doesn't Card A read that whoever is triggering the effect, you're tributing from the controller's hand? Even ignoring that, the first effect of Card A is really meh. It might stop some summons, but it's situational at best. Hieratics don't really need LP gain a horrible amount either. Card B is a nice booster for Monarchs on the other hand. Vote for Card B.
~Shin~
System: fail. A's OCG is off, so I'm not sure if I got it right. Anyways, the first effect only works with hieratics, so its a hieratic support not a tribute mechanic support. The other effect does support tributing, but is overall poor. B's IDK if decks that tribute summon want to do it twice a turn. But I guess it makes extra deck plays easier. Voting for B.
Therrion
Card A is decent disruption, but definitely not worth the space in Deck of running it. The Life Points is just a dire try to make the card better, but the card is still pretty bad. However, the fact it shuffles as opposed to banish is nice, so maybe if there is some Hieratic Wildcard in a Tourney, could be a decent Sidedeck vs. E-Drag, but only DECENT. Card B is very short, to the point, and pretty effective in situations. Much more playable then Card B, and may make for more interesting builds of some things, moreso then a subpar sidedeck for a outclassed Deck. Card B has my vote. Side note: Ambrosia, you didn't really specify which you voted for.
