Bayonetta - Bayonetta started whipping Arthuria’s head repeated before switching to using Hapshiel’s body as a bludgeon to continue smothering Arturia Four, much to Jeanne’s irritation. Eria - Fought against Wynn and Hiita. Wynn summoned two Dark Ones, both of whom were sacrificed during the battle. Ra incinerated Hiita, while Eria killed Wynn. Gagagigo was wounded during the battle, incapacitating him for the moment. MirageGaogamon - Uploaded himself into Pure Edge, where he briefly transformed into DotMirageGaogamon and met Rei Tousen within the Holy Library of Solace. MirageGaogamon defeated her and escaped Pure Edge, disabling Pure Edge in the process. As Protheus attacked MirageGaogamon, Pure Edge shattered in process. A few light changes to this one. Covering some of the more details of the fight in Remembrance, listing my group of characters under a few more separate sections, as the fight may continue branch out.

Tsukuyomi has been dispelled, both by the out-of-character reason that Tsukuyomi was only meant to last until the current page, as well as Dorian and Satori each freeing other characters from the illusion. For the most part, the only reason to keep certain characters in separate sections is that they have not quite joined the final assault against Arturia and Excalibur. Once the fight ends, all the characters in the Hallway will be listed under one section again, assuming that doesn't happen beforehand.

I made a few changes after the last status update, and in light of Merciful's new post, I figured it was time to post a new status update. Every character in the Hallway is now included under a single section, so there is no reason to increase the font sizes of the sections, as there are no more sub-sections. The actual final phase against Arturia has seemingly begun, with her now transformed into the Pendragon. Everyone, feel free to make one last push against the dying Counter Guardian.

~~Arturia Pendragon~~ - The combined forces of all fighters killed the mighty Pendragon, finally causing Arturia’s body to expire. However, Arturia’s soul possessed Neos, and pursued Alexander, who had obtained the Key of Origin. At long last recognizing the futility of her goals, Arturia conceded to Alexander, allowing him to keep the Key. Before Arturia could accept her judgment, Byakuya struck Arturia and subdued her soul, killing the former Counter Guardian once and for all. (Merciful Idiot)
Alexander - Attacked the Pendragon with Crim and Umbris, then obtained the Key of Origin from Gemini’s rotation, leading Arturia to target him. Hey, everyone, just posting this here in case the Skype chat goes unnoticed~

A certain thing regarding a Reunion has just been posted, a rather major plot development that will take us directly into the very-definitely-absolute-final stage. I did my best to make this particular post feel as personal as possible, and from here on out, my own absences shouldn't affect the journey to the end.

Once everyone has responded, making their choices, a certain user (*coughcoughisthisstillasecretcough?*) shall take over, kickstarting the final boss battle~

I had about a third of this written at the start of the Arturia battle, but I felt it was confusing and unsatisfactory - I missed a load of characters, the backstory-answers were confusing, and pretty much a lot of Isamy’s dialogue was confusing. Of course, I never imagined it would take this long to update, but I do hope it was worth the wait!

Your characters reached the Door of Origin. You know, the thing we've been fighting for since Day 1? Congratulations!
It's a giant ring in a dusty, empty, desolate land. How spectacular!
Isamy Maximus, who's now a topless white chick, stands on top of a dark hill between the characters and the Door.
She telepathically greets them with sweetness that contrasts with her dead face, tells them her backstory (basically she split into two Isamys when she entered the Pathway), and says she wants to use the Door of Origin so that 'everyone lives happily ever after'.
Oh yeah, and she ate the Key too, so that's a thing.
Isamy is currently inviting each and every character to become one with her, like, literally, so that y'all can enter the Door together. She's even sliding into their DMs.

With that said, I shall head to sleep for now because I am dead. I do apologize for the long halt on the GCRP, and I don't doubt it's been an annoying wait for all of us. Still, let's all push forth this rollercoaster of a GCRP, right to the very end. We're almost there! I think we can actually do this, guys!

The Out-of-Character thread. One would ought to believe that it is the users who primarily inhabit such a simple curiousity, and yet, aside from the occasional status update, there is little life on this particular land.

It is however, only a mirrored glimpse into the other thread. The holy land, where the Pathway to Origin - rumoured to have the power to rewrite all reality - resides.

From beyond a veil of reality, she appears.

Isamy Maximus. The Herald of Chaos and Entropy.

"Greetings, God of Science. It is an honour to meet your acquaintance... The name is Isamy Maximus, at your service."

Her voice was soft and welcoming, yet her expression was as unmoving as an corpse; devoid of emotion. By her mere presence, reality was distorting around her, as though this were not an entity that did not belong here, that should ever leave the confines of the In-Character Dimension.

"I do find you a strange one. You are a God, yet have the stench of a user... This is curious to me. But I suppose what goes on outside the Pathway is none of my business.

As for your question, the answer to that is simple. It is because of its hybrid nature. The excitement at being able to replay the past, at being able to explore new possibilities. Our creators wish to give their characters a satisfying ending, even if it has taken years to do so. Procrastination and delays have made the GCRP significantly longer than it should've ever been, but even then, they hold on. We hold on.

And now, we are at the final stage of this narrative. I'm afraid you cannot partake in the final battle, but be assured:

Unsure of what to expect, Flavius had reached behind himself and towards the small of his back before turning something relatively hidden from view. A simple mechanical backpack soon manifested before a pair of green vials extended out of it. Feeling the distortion, a pair of green transparent hoses tipped with large two-pronged clamps extended and aimed at the distortion.

They did not withdraw after Isamy's manifestation, Flavius choosing to remain on his guard. Though he listened to her words, he could not help but narrow his faintly-glowing eyes at the final words.

Your words are disturbing, Maximus. You speak of reality as if it is a computer that can be easily programmed if you know what to do. You also assume my time will come to an end, but if I have my way, it will a long time, if ever, before I fade from existence. I know not fully what you plan on doing, but you cannot follow through with it. Rewriting reality, no matter how it is done, is likely to create unpredictable results, no matter how much you think through every detail altered before following through.

I know how rich that is, coming from someone who often does things because they can instead of if they should, but this is volatile enough to warrant doing things because one should.

Isamy Maximus simply stood still, watching his apprehensiveness, his precautions, and his dialogue without a hint of feeling. Somehow, from her blank eyes, it was clear that the opinion of even an Elder God held no sway over her.

Content to stand still, over thirty-two hours had passed before the enigmatic Herald responded.

"Papa Legba, Shradonus, and now you, Flavius. I had hoped for more from a logically-minded god of Aelion, but then again, it is no surprise that gods cannot understand. You are the writers of your domain, and thus, to have another interfere is unthinkable. It goes against your very purpose, doesn't it? It scares you... doesn't it?"

There was the possibility that this god, who had wandered so far from home, may seek to take matters into his own hands. Just in case, the distortions acted against him. Space itself was fragmented, segmenting sections into dark matter and dark energy, forming an impervious barrier around the woman. Although she was not a god, she may as well be - to make it this far, this being had literally destroyed her own limits. Her own humanity.

"It is too late for your ilk to interfere at this point. Our salvation is guaranteed. I stand at the Door of Origin. I have the Key. I have no worthy adversaries. Now, if you will excuse me, I must take my leave. Sorry."

A solemn Isamy turned around.

"Whatever happens,"

The entire Grand Crossover RP coursed through her mind. The countless trials that everyone had to overcome to reach this point, the four arcs and the four years. In-universe, all of this had occurred within a span of days, yet the fact that everyone had come so far was truly extraordinary. Miraculous, even. It would be her honour to kill it once and for all.

Flavius felt the distortions beginning to surround him after the wait, though it felt far longer than he normally would experience such a passage of time. Closing his eyes as he listened, his mind also began to process calculations as well. Even distortions have a beginning and end and he was rapidly-processing that in his mind as they constantly changed.

Unfortunately, they never lined up enough for him to release a potentially-debilitating strike before the stranger disappeared. He still focused on the distortion left in her wake, however, pulling one of the vials from the back of the unusual device and throwing it immediately after pressing a previously-hidden button upon it.

The distortion reformed itself upon the vial exploding and revealing its misty contents, developing into what looked like a portal.

I count myself fortunate I decided not to leave this behind. Now, let's get through this---hm?

As he placed a metal-covered hand over the portal, he found himself touching a form of barrier, one completely unseen. Pressing against it, then swallowing his pride as a scientist to apply force to it in the form of a punch, soon revealed that he would not be able to pass through this portal. Looking back up through the glass of the portal, he could see the back of the Maximus figure he had been trying to talk sense to and for the moment failed. He could also see a wide variety of beings he never thought he would see in his existence, widening his eyes for a moment in delight and discovery before shaking his head clear.

Not like a Demonic portal, then. No matter, I just need to be heard. Maximus, I know you can still hear me! You are the one not thinking this through logically! You say you wish to give everyone a 'happy ending', but you forget that if you are not careful, that statement could very well be taken literally! Even though who have shown to care naught but themselves will also be granted this "happy ending" even though they clearly do not deserve it. And if you make such ending dependent on what the individual feels is their ultimate happiness, those beings will cause a distortions far more powerful than any of the ones you created to try and stop me from interfering!

Your goal may also have consequences you may not have forseen! My own home for example! If you allowed all to have such an ending, there is a 98.723% chance that such a rewrite would cause all mortals currently upon Aelion to become Immortal in addition to everything else! Not long after such an event, the number of Immortals would far weigh out the number of mortals and we would likely resort to fighting each other as well as our foes to stay in existence! And if enough Immortals fade from existence, our world would be ripe for the picking from the invading forces that have trying to take over since before my own birth! That does not sound like a "happy ending", now does it?!

Also, you referred to me as a 'writer of my own domain', which is not true! If the Immortals of my world had the power you tried to claim we do, I am fairly certain that Aelion itself would have torn into incomprehensible bits trying to compensate with the whims of all of us!

Megiddo steepled his fingers, amused by the bickering. "How fascinating. The narrative has screeched to a halt, so as All Hallow’s Eve approaches, we must indulge ourselves outside the typical boundaries. But, this may have to do. This thread has been miserably hollow, and even the smallest gestures offer some variety instead.”

Megiddo pulled up a monitor, which displayed the website “Fandango”. It indicated a future date - the third of November - and as Megiddo slid a clawed finger along a screen, his saucer-shaped head tilted ever so slightly. “Ah. How interesting. Thor: Ragnarok premieres that day. I have to wonder how many of you will be taking the time to watch that.”

His finger hovered above the monitor for a moment, before selecting two tickets. “I suppose there’s no harm in bringing Solasiro along to watch a movie. But I digress. I would very much like if the gaps between this ‘war’ of yours were filled. I hope your host may find the time to make even a semblance of progress now that the majority of you have reached the Door. I personally find myself bored waiting for that Water Charmer I’ve enlisted to deal with Omega already. From those at the Door, to the one who ate the Key, to the stragglers who are still on Remembrance, ever moving forward, yet always in last place, it seems that the only constant that you all can depend on is that Zeno’s paradox shall still hold true. Appearance-wise, Jace has not really changed. The outfit he was forced to wear underneath his illusions due to events that happened on the Path of Death, though revealed for a fleeting moment to match Hapshiel's, found itself completely rewoven by another power to match his old attire, even a return of his slightly-drenched cloak that had been thrown into the waters of Remembrance. However, there is now one important change to him.

His eyes are now constantly glowing with blue light, as if he is no longer wholly containing his power or has allowed another source of power to enter him.

[spoiler=Biography]Ever since his reawakening within the the strange white room that he had been kept alive in, Jace has had a rough journey though the Pathways that, if it wasn't for Chandra and later on Gemini, could have ultimately ended him in his death in any of the three.[spoiler=Path of Truth]Separated from his magic at the start of Truth, he was confronted early on with the fact that he had become too reliant on his magic, a fact that did not sit well with him. Finding himself in an exchange of questions with a memory construct of his old Cloud Sprite, he wound up catching sight of the pyromancer Chandra Nalaar...whom tried to burn his face off for the last two times they met to his knowledge. The fact that his illusions were also locked up, due to them being a form of lie on a path that you were not allowed to lie on, forced him to run for his life at first.
The Observant would be wise to note something odd.
His only saving grace turned out to be someone else intruding on the exchange, trying to attack the pair. Chandra handily taking out the invaders of the interaction, thankfully, she decided to hold off on the settling of old encounters until a later time, preferably when both of them were off of the Paths. He was shocked at the discovery that, while he was asleep while recovering from being forced out of the way of an assassin's blade while rendered Firemad, the Multiverse he had called home had been unraveled from existence. It took Chandra literally slapping sense into him to get him moving again, though he ended up practically shouting at her before running.
The powers listed below are not complete.
Upon walking up to a mirror that separated the lighter and darker halves of Truth, Jace had tried to aim a punch at the reflection of his own face, only to wind up falling right through it and land as an unceremonious pile of flesh. However, he soon discovered that he could not get up at all. A voice taunted him, eventually seeing a figure that revealed that in the darker half of Truth, his thoughts were projected around him as if he was speaking. The shapeshifting figure, that he later discovered to be Gemini Rivetter, forced him to stand despite being weighted down by solely his Spark, and a series of events let to the reveal of the fact that, since his thoughts were projected as well, he could not lie even in his own head, forcing him to face the truth about various things.
The Connection with Isamy altered him and his Spark.
After a few moments, Gemini forced Jace into an open-mouth kiss, the former locking the latter's mouth open with his fangs. After a few seconds, a black energy was forced out of Jace through his throat, which had been used to create a monochrome version of the mindmage. The incident, while it had seemed to have allowed Jace the ability to move on his own again, caused him to fall backwards through the mirror into the light half of Truth. He laid there on his back for a few minutes, his thoughts wandering as he tried to piece together his thoughts. Certain memories he could barely remember caused his curiosity to finally overwhelm his fear and force him forward through Truth. While being forced to deal with his dark duplicate in physical combat, he revealed a level of self-hatred that surprised Chandra.
Ravnica grants the use of all colors.
After combat that soon included Chandra, a strange being emerged from behind Jace's dark duplicate, a being that seemed to be the personification of the plane of Ravnica. The creature focusing on Chandra exclusively, when the dark duplicate mage finally snapped at the creature, Ravnica backhanded it through several trees on the path. After revealing that the double had more Pokemon-like traits than supposed to have, Jace twincasted the Blizzard that duplicate caused through the move Metronome. Saved from being frozen over by frostbite by Chandra and her Magma Phoenix, though he did not dare move until after almost a couple of minutes, he finally put two and two together regarding Neos and Gemini Rivetter.
But Isamy has granted the use of Colorless mana.
The Ravnica figure began to follow him after the exchange to his initial disturbance. After questions brought up by Chandra, it was revealed that the odd being was indeed the plane of Ravnica somehow condensed into a creature form and ejected from the Multiverse out of self-preservation. The trio approached another mirror, Jace looking at it to see a far-younger version of himself weighted down by rings of guilt. The figure in the mirror told him that Jace would endure his own 'Purifying Fire' on the Path of Remembrance, and soon disappeared from view after Chandra walked through the second mirror. Ravnica was oddly not allowed to join him through the mirror.
And the Eldrazi, the Creatures of Origin in the Multiverse.
What he saw beyond the mirror surprised him, a literal hallway statues that he could not see the end of. Within the hall, he met the younger self from the mirror, whom led him through the hallway, allowing Jace to look over and think on the various statues he saw. He screeched to a hard stop in front of one of them, depicting someone whom could have quite easily passed for Jace's slightly older brother by the name of Kallist Rhoka. After reflecting back to the end of the man's life, he had been scolded that he was indeed not a monster that he believed himself to be. Upon leaving the strange hallway, Jace hopped onto the back of the Phoenix that Chandra summoned before riding with her to the end.

Doubles of himself started appearing, hostile ones, throughout the flight to the end. The first instance of him casting a spell using mana he was not used to using happens here, a Double Negative spell that was laced with red mana to allow him to negate all of the spells being cast by one double, which had also tried to summon something truly nasty into the Path. Upon stepping in front of the crystal that marked the end of the Path of Truth, he asked Chandra about the "Purifying Fire", and got a response about it that had him wanting to find it and use it to strip him of his abilities. A swift kick to the shoulder by a tiny boot worn by a pixie stopped this train of thought hard.

Jace ended up finding out that Ravnica could follow him into the White Room as well as discovered more of the plane-turned-creature's abilities, such as the ability to cast guild-centric spells.

[spoiler=Path of Death]Death started off absolutely odd. Almost from the onset, he had been slammed to the ground by some form of odd angel in a BDSM-styled outfit. After a failed attempt to get the angel off of him, a crack in his mind became heard by all nearby as his outfit was literally covered by plants then consumed, only to be replaced by a variant of the outfit the angel on him was wearing. Almost forced into doing things he wished he could purge from his mind without potential risk of aftermath issues, he became oh-so-very thankful for his illusions to hide the perverted clothing. Ravnica, at first channeling itself through Jace's body, tried to get the psychic mage's mind free through its own means, namely imprisoning the angel within a Detention Sphere.

While the angel was held, Jace found himself effectively imprisoned by the emotion of love, something that had him almost breaking down in delirium in disbelief. The angel tried to teach him about how, yes, love can be painful, but it can also be wonderful. Feeling himself fall into despair over the possibility of never being able to get back into his own head, another mind emerged within the angel's, that of Ravnica in its chosen form. It seemed to have overheard the conversation and responded accordingly, reminding Jace that what he did for Ravnica, when he could have easily left it behind and stayed gone at its moment of need, could be considered an act of love all its own, love for what one considers as home. What finally got Jace out of the angel's head was said angel literally throwing him out.

When he came back to his own head, which caused Ravnica to yield control of the body, Jace awoke to see that his outfit had been replaced with something far more...revealing... Absolutely quick to hide the altered outfit with his illusions to make it look like he's still wearing the original attire, his ears turning a pretty shade of red after Chandra began ribbing him for it. Midway in, the Ultimate Enemy for both Chandra and Jace appeared, a powerful draconic Planeswalker by the name of Nicol Bolas, that Gemini showed up to grant aid in. Jace appeared 'checked out' during the battle outside of the casting of various spells, though it was not as if he was completely idle. Near the end of the fight, the dragon repeated a set of lines he once brought up to Jace about Planeswalkers, how they were effectively gods at one point. After the fight with Nicol Bolas, flickerings of the future appeared, including one particular flickering for Jace that had been a past event for Chandra, revealing them as from two differing points in the same timeline. This seems to guarantee that Jace would survive through the Paths, though the thought didn't cross his mind at first.

The pair of Planeswalkers ended up meeting with an Avatar Conflictious after Gemini wound up becoming possessed by the being on Death, a being that seemed intent on toying with them. Something of the things being said by the Avatar, after supposedly becoming the Archon, had set Jace off into another maniacal laughing fit that required Chandra to literally punch him out...and the bad part was the fact that he couldn't even get mad because he knew he earned that and the broken nose that resulted from it. At the end of the path, in front of the crystal that represented the end, an odd girl ended up appearing behind him, one Jace was unable to sense even from being that close to him. She tried to comfort him, tell him to not worry about the future to come, even talked with the pair for a bit, informing the man that there was a point in Remembrance where he could regain his lost memories. He had not been made aware of the fact that the Key of Origin had been slid onto his being via a move Gemini should not have been able to use, only discovering it after entering the White Room after Death, but not knowing what it was.

[spoiler=Path of Remembrance]Speaking of the Key, Gemini's appearance almost immediately after Jace and Chandra appeared on Remembrance revealed that Jace did now have the Key of Origin on him. After being told to bolt ahead and have Chandra fill him in on the run, he took full advantage of his telepathic ability to allow them to communicate without having to waste breath on speaking while running. After getting tossed up into the air by the beak of a Phoenix and being caught by Chandra, he shifted his position so that he was more secure on the fiery bird before being caught up on what was going on. Midway into the flight, the pair ran into one of two kids that Neos had brought with him to the multiverse, a natural clairvoyant named Faye Xandros. She warned the pair to not allow either Arturia or Protheus to get the Key, for both will result in fatal ends for many, if not all.

A little later on, they flew into the figure Jace finally learned to be Gideon Jura, whom he had seen the name of on a tombstone in Death and had seen in a vision on the same path. After bringing up the fact that Gideon, as well as Faye whom had been traveling with them through the forest, were the same as Gemini, Jace soon corrected her by stating that he could at least sense Gemini but not these two. Faye confirmed that they were not truly present, that the real ones were gone. A sudden snowstorm hit the group, blowing Jace away...whom landed on something else, specifically a large yellow bird right into Gemini's lap somehow. On said bird did Gemini rush to the end of the forest with Jace in tow, all while hearing an odd ticking sound.

After the odd bird-mount broke through the edge of the forest after a serious burst of speed, it tripped over something unseen in the snow, launching the mindmage right into the waters of Remembrance. Sixteen years worth of lost memories began resurging, some of them louder than the others, causing him to unable to swim from the pain filling his mind and body as a result. When he finally came back to awareness, Gemini was performing CPR on him and Jace was unable to remember anything yet from the sheer shock of what happened. Once he began to process the memories he regained, however, it prompted him to literally throw his cloak into the waters of Remembrance, forgetting in his rage that the Key was still in it. He wound up meeting up with Neos, whom noticed that something had happened to Jace's Spark, as if it had been moved up my sheer force. He managed to get away from Neos as the false human started trying to question him regarding what might have happened to him, falling into the White Room and meditating over his recollections...and finally being allowed to break down in tears over what all he had done.

He had no real hand in the events of Prologuous, due to being either not present or knocked out immediately upon entering due a powerful psychic scream. He did not awaken until after the Avatar had fallen due to Arturia's resounding voice. Upon the attempt to climb up towards the top of the tree within Prologuous, a memory flashed through his head, a memory of Isamy, when he had been brought to her in a critical condition and still suffering from Firemadness. Remarking that both of them were fools in the Omniverse, he found himself lifted to the top by telepathic means, with Gemini's aid.

His involvement with the event in the Hallway itself were admittedly minimal. When the fight between Arturia and another first began that had the pair disappear from view, Jace found himself witnessing and hearing everything that happened from an omnipotent point of view. Passing out soon again after the flooding of his mind, he woke up in time to see an attack from Arturia blocked out by the others in the Hallway. Making use of his illusions to full effect, he created duplicates of everyone in the hall except for Arturia and Gemini, even putting enough substance behind them to fool even Invisible Air for a few seconds each. As battle began to escalate as the king tried to get ahold of the Key of Origin, Jace felt Ravnica summon forth the Souls of the Faultless, then later felt them return their pain towards the one that harmed them, Arturia. Midway in, he realized how idiotic he was being for staying idle, for while he might not be able to do much himself, he had an entire plane to help him out. With that, when Arturia tried to use another blast from the Excalibur weapon, he channeled Ravnica to cast the Voidslime spell to literally eat the entirely of the energy-based attack. He later commanded Ravnica to 'release the First-Wings', mighty Azorius-trained griffons unaffected by the effects of enchantments, like the Tsukoyomis.

After Arturia's death, though he wasn't sure when she had indeed died, the Soul Reaper that claimed to serve another emerged with the Key in hand took a moment to reflect upon something. This was a moment that Jace pounced on, seeing into the memory and realizing that he had not been the only life directly saved by Isamy's hand. Wondering if he could end up meeting with Isamy, Jace urged the First-Wing he had been riding on the back of the whole time foward towards and through the odd paining that the Reaper known as Byakuya had summoned.

An undiscernable amount of time in absolute sensory deprivation and he soon found himself in front of what he could only feel was a 'damaged' Isamy...

...and the rest need not be repeated so soon after being stated...

Personality: Between the waters of Remembrance restoring his mind of lost memories and Isamy 'blessing' him with power, Jace's mind has fallen deeper into the mindset he has when having to function as the Living Guildpact, the mystically empowered arbiter between the 10 reigning Guilds of Ravnica. On that plane, his words can become law, if he deems it so. It is this role that has him be the closest to being able to properly handle Origin as a whole, due to the ability to directly see for himself the needs of the many with his telepathic powers. Because of this, he takes his new role with all due seriousness, especially since he would be able to use Origin to discreetly do the same before making any form of change.
Despite the merger, he still retains enough control over himself...
Previously, Jace was afraid of misusing his mental prowess, knowing that even someone like Isamy would not be wholly safe against him. Now, his fear has been eased away, and to make sure that none whom would truly abuse the power of Origin, he will use his power to the fullest to protect, safeguard and cautiously guide Origin for the betterment of all. Of all the Heralds of Order, Jace embodies the aspect of Order the most. He is also the one that has put the most thought into how to incorporate Isamy's desire into reality while also creating minimal changes in current existence to make it possible in order to minimize the possibility of reality instability, though even he cannot fully negate the chance of such.
...to be able to parlay with those whom are willing to talk instead of fight.
Powers/Equipment: In all honesty, his increase in strength is not as much sourced from Isamy but from himself. By removing from him what had been holding him back, his full power has emerged from within the depths of his mind.
The question is, whom is willing to speak over fight?
[spoiler=Telepathy]Minds are absurdly delicate. Everything that makes a being who they are is as fragile as a cobweb...and Jace is a potential sledgehammer surrounded by those same cobwebs. He is capable of seeing and hearing into the minds of others, as well as changing, distorting, erasing...and even breaking them, though the act takes effort on his part to do so. Thanks to Isamy easing away his fears about his ability to use this power, he's more able to follow through with what he believes needs to be done for the perceived betterment of all.

[spoiler=Telekinesis]Before the merger, what meager ability Jace had with this was nothing to write about. The only advantage this had to him was the fine control he had to allow him to do simple things like pick analog locks and grab hold of things from a distance that he could lift with his own strength. Now, with the merger, he can do far more, such as knocking attacks off their course and lifting himself into the air and levitating for example.

[spoiler=Illusions]As an illusionist, Jace is one of the few that's capable of putting substance behind his illusions, causing them to be just as real to the touch and scent as they are to the eyes and ears. He's actually caused a werewolf that once chased him down to fight against one of these substanced illusions and take wounds. However, as illusions, while they do not feel pain, they still can only take so many hits before they finally break. The number of hits depends on the form taken and the expected resilience of said form, though.

[spoiler=Clairvoyance]Joining with Isamy took what training he did have in this and magnified its ability. While not anything like Time Sense, Jace can take glances into possible futures and prepare accordingly for them. He, however, cannot use this to predict which future will actually be correct, since all of them would be valid possibilities from the moment he looked forward.

[spoiler=Other Magical Ability]All Blue mages have at least some power in Water and Wind manipulation and Jace is no exception. A few of his own counterspells especially have borrowed the form of either water or wind for their use. Speaking of counterspells, Jace can cancel out various forms of spells, and even unique abilities, no matter their source of power.

[spoiler=Ravnica]
Ravnica, unlike the others upon the Pathways to Origin, is an entire plane of existence compressed into the form of a singular creature, allowing it to act as a way for Jace to make use of spells he would be otherwise unable to use himself. Even the mono-colored spells channeled through Ravnica are linked to one of the 10 Guilds of the plane and anyone whom lives on the plane can be summoned forth as needed. Though it, Jace also has a considerable self-regenerating source of mana for use.

Gender: Female

Appearance: Ayame retains a humanoid appearance, still standing at 5’11 and with a body in peak physical condition without looking like a bodybuilder. Her features however, have completely taken on a demonic appearance, leaving her looking vastly less human that before. Her eyes are now a sickly yellow, with vertical slits for pupils, her fingernails have elongated into hard, pointed claws, and her canines have extended to become more pronounced than previously. In addition, her skin has turned a chalky grey, to match the leathery grey wings she now possesses. Finally, her feet have lengthened slightly and turned clawed and she now has a long tail, quite controllable as an extra limb, and with a single sharp spike protruding out the end of it. Her hair remains the only overt feature from her original form, still long and black, and tied into its usual ponytail with the spiked metal woven through it. With her shirt completely ruined through the war, and her boots ruined by the transformations, she now wears only the camouflage cargo shorts, as well as her sports bra. The chain of ice connects to a collar around her neck, both of which are insubstantial to anyone trying to interact with them.

Biography: In the last arc, Ayame met and became friends with both Lydia and Kazuya, while also meeting Rhadamanthys for a short period. During the mirror encounter in Truth, she firmly and finally destroyed the remnants of the shadow realm that had been plaguing her, leaving her completely free of their influence. Then, she encountered them again in Death, where the pathway had seen fit to take their remaining sentience and throw them at her a second time, ending in their permanent end and Ayame's victory. With the offer given from Isamy, Ayame chose to accept, taking her place as a Herald of Order, and taking the name Apep to signify her new position.

Personality: Ayame's once friendly personality has become harsh with the current events. While she can still be happy and bubbly on occasion, she's currently focused solely on the goal of passing through the door of origin and undoing everything the war did to her friends and world. For that goal, she has thrown away all hesitance and morals, determined to do whatever it takes to succeed. What's more, her previous berserker rages have been focused towards that singular goal, allowing her to strategize even as her body moved on pure instinct and muscle memory. Of all the Heralds of Order, she embodies the aspect of Order the least. She's more sane than she seems, her unwavering determination and experience with berserker states grants her more control over herself than Isamy might realize.

Powers/Equipment: Ayame retains her initial abilities, though certain powers have undergone an upgrade to make them stronger. Her lightning aura still boosts her physical skills, to an even grater extent than before, and allows her direct generation and control of lightning at will. She also possesses a reality marble, a remnant of the shadow realm's influence on her psyche, and with the upgrade she can pull a similar effect to what LERNA managed, internalizing her reality marble to apply several advantages to her body.

In Ayame's case, while this internalization is active her grey skin turns shiny, becoming steel, and her nervous system is entirely replaced with lightning, enhancing her reaction time to almost instantaneous. In addition, she can change her body directly into lightning and back, allowing her to move from place to place at the speed of lightning, and dodge direct attacks by changing her body into lightning and back. She can't keep her body make of lightning for more than a few moments at a time though, meaning she can't just dodge every attack.

The upgrade from her connection to Isamy has given her one more advantage; both the shadow manipulation from the remnants and the freezing black fire from Lyon's sword will manifest as oriental black dragons, of similar sizes to humans, and fight independently alongside her. They can't move as fast as she can though, and have to follow the long way as she darts around as lightning. To do that, the ice that made up the blade of Lyon's sword has melted entirely, leaving the hilt as useless and Ayame's only weapon as her staff.

I've been busy at work for the past few weeks, but there has been a significant number of posts since the last status update, as well as some progression in my collaboration with Merciful. Which means that, thankfully, and finally, the countdown for Remembrance's collapse can at long last begin. Not exactly a formal status update, but something I want to test. During the Arturia battle, I added sub-sections to status update to specify who was fighting which copy of here. Given the current battle against Isamy and her Heralds, I've been considering adding sub-sections to this fight as well. While the intent of this is to distinguish who is fighting which boss, I realize that this could just as easily risk adding a whole new level of clutter. Some of the characters may not be listed in the proper place, so feel free to correct any errors. First and foremost, I want to know if this format would be good for future status updates, or if you would prefer to keep the format I've been using since this boss battle began.
