Therrion
Sure, I don't see why not. Will be expecting card by 6/20! EDIT: Good luck, Zanda. Edited requirements to just "LV" Support so your card could fit.
.codex
The main problem with the second card is that it doens't ignore it's SS conditions, which is something that is keen in supporting LVs. It's still a nice card, though it isn't as useful as teh first card. So that card gets my vote.

Nathanael D. Striker
The fact that Card B doesn't have the "ignore Summoning Conditions" clause really ruins its usability imo. Both cards are well designed aside from that, but that aspect of Card B just gives my vote to Card A for me.
Therrion
2-0 Card A. Thanks for voting
Daigusto Sphreez
Card B is straight forward and ordinarily would be useful, but as already pointed out, without the clause some LV cards can only use there effect by having a pre-LV card used to summon it i.e allure queens. Also, it doesn't work as you might expect it to if there isn't a 2 level difference between each level, Silent Magician is LV4 & LV8 for example. If we ignore this though, it seems decent, since you can activate the monsters effects still, even though it can't attack initially. Card A is very powerful and would make LV monsters more usable. Although since it requires having a LV monster on the field during the Standby Phase as well as having this card in your hand, it does seem relatively fair. This card can probably give more powerful support to LV monsters, without being too OP, Card B has a few loopholes that can fail it. So I'll vote for A.
