I'm gonna go with the second card, because the first card is way too easy to pull off. Card B is both more balanced, but also prevents you from Special Summoning, so you cannot pull Rank 4 Xyzs off that turn, plus it gives plenty posibilities a lot more Decks without being totaly unbalanced. Card A just is terribly unbalanced compared to that.

Card B also gets my vote. As already outlined by others, Card A can search for anything, which is too powerful for a spirit monster whose only reliance is on having monsters in the graveyard.

Card B on the other hand has restrictions, but not enough to remove its use, but rather prevent it being overpowered. It actually requires attacking rather than merely just being on the field, which gives the spirit monster a bit of vulnerability to activating the effect. It short, it gives the opponent more chance to prevent something, which is fairer. Card A can't be hit by trap holes either whereas B can. Aside from that, the 2000 ATK also gives the card broader use in battles too.
