Hmm...Geminis. I haven't ever meddled with these guys too much, but they definitely seem cool. Anyway, on to the cards themselves. Card A has pretty low stats, and would have a harder time of actually getting Gemini Summoned BUT its effect offers lots of options, as well as being able to play off of any other card that uses Ice Counters. Now Card B is a higher level, requiring tributes, making it harder to get out AND THEN you still have to Gemini Summon it, but it does have a more likely chance of staying on the field long enough to make use of its effects. I'll go with Card B here, but they were both decent.

Both are pretty solid cards; while Ambrosia's card has synergy with Ice Counters, Thar's card is slightly harder to pull off, but is more universal. However, I think Ambrosia's card is overall more effective, since it's easier to Gemini summon (since you can SS it by using something like Mother Grizzly, for example), and it doesn't restrict the monster as much as Thar's.

So my vote goes to Card A.

My vote is going to Card B. I just don't think Card A is going to stay on the field long enough to make much use of its effect. I know there are cards that give Geminis there effects right off, but in my experience, most Gemini Decks tend to Gemini summon the normal way(or troll with Gemini break). Card B just has more staying power than Card A, although Card A's effect is noticeably stronger.
