Guest Kyng
The Rules:1 - First to 3 votes wins (each vote with a justified reasoning.)2 - Both Written and non-Written cards are permitted (however, no vote may be based on a card's image in contrast to a written card.)3 - Cards are to be PMed to the contest's host in order for mutual establishment of the cards competing. The Challenge:To create a Card design that uses Counters. This can include general counters, or a specific archetype's counters (i.e. Aliens / Spell / Venom.) However, you must use counters that currently exist in the game. The Cards:[spoiler=CARD A][spoiler=Card Text]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Chaos Zone". Every time you draw a card, this card gains 1 Chaos Counter (maximum 12). If this card were to be destroyed, you can remove 1 Chaos Counter to negate this cards destruction. Once per game, you can remove all the Chaos Counters from this card, and select 1 monster with a Level equal to or lower than the number of Chaos Counters of this card. Send that card to your Graveyard. This card counts as the selected card for the rest of the game, with the following effect;•If this card were to be destroyed, Banish both this card and "Chaos Body-snatcher". [spoiler=CARD B]Ocean Dragon King - Au GuangWATER / Level 4[ Sea Serpent / Effect ]If you control a face-up "Umi"; you can Special Summon this card (from your Hand). Once per turn: you can target 1 Sea Serpent monster you control; place 1 Ocean Counter on it. Monsters with Ocean Counters cannot be destroyed by battle. If you control a face-up "Umi"; Monsters with Ocean Counters cannot be destroyed by card effects.ATK / 1700 DEF / 1600

Guest Crazy on New Years
Card B.Its Summoning effect is much less conditional, and it isn't nearly as much of a mess as Card A is. For instance, right now A requires two copies on your side of the field to activate the banishing effect.

Sora1499
Card B gets my vote. It's at least usable, whereas Card A is mediocre at best and can't even be normal summoned. Plus, you haven't posted its summoning spell.
