Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Cannot be Special Summoned except by it's own effect. You can banish 2 WATER Monsters in your Graveyard; Special Summon this card (from your hand). If you Special Summon this card by it's own effect: You can pay 500 Life Points; Special Summon 1 Monster banished by this card's effect during your next Standby Phase. It's effects are negated. Once per turn: You can tribute 1 WATER Monster you control; Destroy 1 card on the field.
Pretty nice.

Question: Can I pay twice to get both monsters back?

It's like an Exile Force for any card that has Level 8 Fairy support. Even if it's the only WATER monster in your Deck it still has Balhala and stuff that could revive it repeatedly, and it can Tribute itself.
It reminded me of Ice Master's effect at first, but this affects more cards, has more spamming capabilities, and has a plus in TCG priority.

Overall great card.

It specifies only 1, so you shouldn't be able to do it.

so this isn't too hard to summon to the field

I guess it'll really depend on the WATER monsters you're banishing, because 500 LP Pay to get one of them back isn't really much

the LP gain effect is better than most here

usually it should be significant amount enough since it has 2800 atk, enough to handle most lv8s and all that, so this card is pretty good in that sense

This card would be very powerful in Frogs, capable of repeatedly Tributing Treeborn Frog as well as recycling Swap Frog. It could also set up for Oh F!sh! and has high ATK. The final effect works in conjunction with the first 2 if you want to bounce this with Swap Frog and re-Summon it.

Overall, this gets a balance rating of
GRAPHA
and an overall 8/10.

Thanks for rating, both of you.

seems like cloudian support to me.

So, just because it's a WATER fairy-type monster means it's limited to support of an archetype with that particular wording? Needless to say, an archetype with little to no support and the only conjunction being that they can be used with this card's effects?
Also, short-post.
