Master White
Notice: As the name suggests, I figured b/c cyber jar allows you to pick up(not draw) cards from the deck, I figured you could do the same from the graveyard. An in my knowledge, I think it by passes Necrovalley this way, but not 100% positive. Lore After 3 of your turns have passed while this card is in the Graveyard, you can Special Summon it. Once per turn, you can pick up cards from the top of the Graveyard equal to this cards level and shuffle them back into the Deck. Then draw 2 cards. Please rate, hate, etc. Please use constructive criticism. Than you
hyaku_hachi
Being able to draw 2 cards each turn seems a little OP to me, especially since you keep putting 2 back into the deck.
Master White
Being able to draw 2 cards each turn seems a little OP to me, especially since you keep putting 2 back into the deck.
I might just get rid of that part, but I figured this card is so weak that it is balanced, b/c you could just simple remove it from play or have a card that is negating its effect, Imprisoning Mirror-Light. So, its opd'ness I believe is balanced by all the simpleness of getting rid of it.
Angel of Silence
I like it. Although because of the way Necrovalley is worded I don't think it can by pass it. "Cards in either player's Graveyard cannot be affected by card effects, except for their own effects." The card's first effect works fine, but I think Necrovalley would cancel out the last effect. Anyway, OCG is good. Pic is good. Effect is helpful and balanced. Overall it's great. 10/

newhat
I figured this card is so weak that it is balanced
This card's first effect is fairly strong. Assuming there are two of them in the Graveyard, you'll be getting one back every couple of turns. It's free Tribute or Synchro or Xyz Material. The second effect is a +2 that should never see the light of day...
Yup that seems right for me, to imba & the OCG seems not quite fit for "After 3 of your turns have passed while this card is in the Graveyard" Isn't it supposed to be, "During the 3rd turn after this card is sent to the Graveyard..." & also there's no phases, like during draw phase, standby phase, etc

Yours changes the definition anyway, it could have been in there for 5 turns, you can Special Summon it. Yours would specifically state that it would have to be Special Summoned the 3rd turn, or you lose the effect. And that is not what I'm going for. @Newhat. You think the second effect is op'd, look around, its all over and has seen the light of day, I believe in dark worlds, so actually give decent feedback and not just say it shouldn't see the light of day. Sure, my effect may be a tad different then other effect, but its the same principle. I'm actually was going to fix this before I release my other cards
Sander
Master White, your so called "friend" is an idiot then, because his/her way of correcting the OCG is wrong. Maximate's suggestion is the correct one and his also right on the part where he says that the phase when this monster is Special Summoned has to be stated as well. Anyways, about the second card. Essentially, you only return 2 cards to your Deck with this effect, maybe even less if Synchro Monsters are returned with this effect. But the fact here is that it returns all cards picked up by its effect. That part alone probably does push it to the edge a bit.

Even if it is correct, it is not the way I want the effect, as b/c then it don't work right. So, can you rephrase what my original was without changing the idea? His Phrase....During the 3rd turn after this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon it. This will not work b/c then you have to summon it during then or it don't come out and you lost it. My Original: If this card is in the graveyard for 3 or more of your turns, you can Special Summon it. [/n] Now then, I want my original phrase to be corrected and right if you can. His way changes it alot, don't you think now. So it may be correct in part of the way, but not the way I want it. Anyways, about the second card. Dragon7OP
Hmmm. I actually don't see any problems with this card. It's powerful, balanced and well-done. As far as anything concerning the card's basis is concerned, no complaints. And the uses are endless. 10/10.
maximate
Oww, now I see what you meant I thought that it was some OCG errors Okay, how 'bout this... "During your Main Phase, if this card remain in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon it. You can only activate this effect after 3 of your turns have passed after this card was sent to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can pick up cards from the top of your Graveyard equal to this card's level, then add them to your Deck and shuffle it. After that, draw 2 cards from your Deck."
