Nathanael D. Striker

1. First to PM me their card becomes my opponent. 2. Even though this might be biased, but no members Level 3 or lower can be my opponent unless their card impresses me. 3. You must follow the requirements. If they do not, you won't be my opponent. 4. Loser must give the winner a +rep and at least 50 points to the winner.

1. I have the right to deny votes if they aren't up to the standards listed in the rules. 2. Votes must have at least 2 valid reasons stating why you voted for someone. 3. Voting ends when someone receives 3 votes or in 72 hours (from the time voting begins), which ever comes first. 4. If it is a tie when time is up, next vote decides who wins.

1. Must be a brand new card. 2. Must use New OCG. (If you don't know what it is, look in RC or ask for the link.) [I will accept at least the wording changes. I won't be picky on the "When: Cost; Effect" part.] 3. Must be a Level 4 Semi-Nomi Monster. (Again, if you don't know what it is, ask for the link.) 4. Must be usable in the TCG. (That means no custom archetypes.) 5. Your username must not be on the card.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand when you Normal Summon a Plant-Type monster. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for the Synchro Summon of a Synchro Monster, banish this card and return up to 2 cards your opponent controls to the hand. The Summoned monster is treated as a Plant-Type monster.

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by banishing 3 Spell Cards from your Graveyard. When your opponent activates a Spell Card: Discard 1 Trap or Monster Card; The effect of that Spell Card that your opponent activated becomes "Your opponent can select 3 Spell Cards from their Deck or Graveyard. You can then select 1 random Spell Card and add it to their hand. Return the remaining cards to their Deck." When this card leaves the field: Your opponent can add 1 random Spell Card from their Graveyard to their hand. Iaashadow
Card A, better OCG and useful effect. I could use it on black rose.

Simping For Hina
I like card B. I know this OCG more than the previous one, the picture is AMAZING :3, and also that it is useful in my Spellcaster deck.

fenrir
Card B is arguably broken. Opponent activates random spell card, activate spell manipulator's effect, derp and select Mirror Force/Monster Reborn/Whatever. You get one in your hand and the rest go back to the deck. It's easy to run over but that's about it. >__> Card A is interesting and better on a balanced level, so it gets my vote.
.:Blu:.
Card B gmv, this is a really, really interesting and creative card and the OCG is perfect from my knowledge. Would've been great if the picture was of a spellcaster but that doesn't really matter if the effect is something unique.

It is tricky to manipulate Spells. 2-1 A

If you wanted me to be more specific, then Mystical Space Typhoon, Monster Reborn, Giant Trunade, Book of Moon, Future Fusion, whatever.

Nexev
Card A is far more in keeping with Yugioh's card artwork. It actually looks like a real card and to be honest, B does not, no matter how many magic cards are in the picture. Also I find it humorus that a random samurai has the power to manipulate spells. However it clearly can't cast them otherwise it would be a spell caster. Also the ability to negate enemy spell cards is kinda cheap, not to mention your getting free spell cards when you do so. So I am voting for card A's, which is Clair's.
Nathanael D. Striker
That was quick. Oh well, good job Clair. Your prize is on the way and I have a monster to NERF. LOCK
