[i]It is mostly based around talking about the OtWs, but sometimes we have a Topic of the Week, then we discuss that.[/i]

[b]What is considered 'on-topic'?[/b]
[i]The OtWs are always on-topic, as is the occasional Topic of the Week. Also, anything the President or V.President are discussing is open for discussion.[/i]

[b]How do I get my favorite card/song/video game/etc. onto this page?[/b]
[i]Well, first you must be at least ranked Spell Player. Then you simply post saying, "I think blah blah blah should be this OtW." It also helps if you link me to it, like if it's a song, link me to the Youtube video, or if it's a card, link me to the wiki page.[/i]

[b]What are the benifits of being OtW Member of the Week and YCMember of the Week?[/b]
[i]If you are chosen as OtW Member of the Week, you are automatically promoted, and get 1-2 reps. If you are chosen as YCMember of the Week, you are put into the YCMember Hall of Fame, and get 1 rep a day until your name is taken down from the front page.[/i]

[b]When are the OtWs changed?[/b]

Favorite Yugioh Card: Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En
Favorite Yugioh Deck: Yusei Fudo in anime, Six Samurai irl
Favorite Anime: Naruto (yeah, no one is perfect ^^)
Favorite Celebrity: I have quite a few, most of which you probably aren't familiar with. Let's just say Jim Carrey.
