Master White
Again, I like to thank Hounds of Anubis with the effect fix on #1 effect. Lore #1 effect: When the effect of a card targets an effect monster, you can switch the effect of the effect monster targeted with another effect monster on the field, until the End Phase. OR #2 effect: When the effect of a card targets an effect monster, you can switch the effects of effect monsters you control with other monster's effect's on the field until the End Phase. You choose. I finally figured out the one I wanted, and its #2....

Master White
@Ultimate God Killer: You activate Divine wrath to negate the effect of an card and your opponent decides to play this card, so your opponent still gets their monster's effect. Simple as pie...B/c it targeted the monster that activated the effect, excep the monster's effect you swapped it to is now different, so your opponent destroyed a different monster and the other monster's effect goes through. @♪♫♪♫♪♫: I hope this helps. You can switch the effect of an effect monster you control with another monster's effect until the End Phase. Except it has to be targeted by a card, like ultimate offering, divine wrath, etc. Hope that helps. It can even be a card your opponent controls that it is targeting and activate this cards effect. ragnarok1945
it's not that much different from the trap Shift it does have its uses though, so I like it 8.4/

This could be lulzy as hell with Tyrant Neptune. I'm just saying. Apart from Tyrant Neptune, there's nothing really... good for this card to be splashed in, I guess? It's one of those cards where you think they're good but they don't seem to have much uses.
