This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand when 1 or more face-up Dragon-Type monsters you control are destroyed and removed from the field. When this card is Special Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower non-Tuner monster from your opponent's Graveyard to your side of the field, it is treated as a Dragon-Type and its effect(s) is negated. If this card was used to Synchro Summon a Dragon-Type monster, you can remove 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard from play.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, select up to 2 Spell Cards in your Graveyard and equip them to this card. Whenever you activates an effect that require discarding a card, you can remove 1 Spell Card equipped to this card from play instead. One time only, by discarding 1 card, Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard. Its effect(s) is negated while face-up on the field.

Both are good and solid but mysteryman's seems too slow. It will most likely be Special Summoned during your opponent's turn, and that would leave it vulnerable to your opponent before you get a chance to notice. Maha's, though seemingly OP'ed at first, actually seems balanced, due to the fact that it is a low leveled Synchro. In addition, Maha's card is more beneficial to a deck it supports (which I find is most commonly Warriors and Morphtronics). Based on that, I have to go with Maha. Sorry, mysteryman...

I'm going with mysteryman429, mainly due to it can be use during your opponent's turn which can make it easier to Synchro Summon during your next turn. Maha Guns's card is too much effort seeing it's a synchro and the effect does do much justice for all the effort given to summon it and it seem to slow to give any real advantage against your opponent.

So add 1 for mysteryman429.

Mysteryman's makes it way too easy get a Sync. It's effect is basically "SS this card. Get a Sync."

 

Don't really see what Maha's is used for. I can see it loops itself, but not really well.

 

At least Maha's isn't abusable. So vote to him.
