Shining Blue-Eyes Cyborg Dragon 1 Tuner Synchro Monster + "Blue-Eyes Cyborg Dragon" You can negate the effects of Spells, Traps and Effect Monsters that target this card. When your opponent's monster declares an attack you can select it, then remove this card from play and negate the attack. During the End Phase, Special Summon this card that was removed from play by this effect. Increase the ATK of this card by 300 for each Synchro Monster in your Graveyard. Increase the ATK of this card by 500 for each Tuner monster in your hand.
