The Borg
So how did everyone like it?
Seems to much like any classical disney movie, a parent dies, and then another dies later
byak
I felt that Tron himself could've gotten more of a role... Pretty movie, wrong section though.
RestLess-BoTics
Here, I'll move it. I thought Tron was particularly pleasant with it's choice of soundtrack using Daft Punk to coordinate the music selections, but plot-wise, it wasn't too strong. I personally saw too many flaws within the storyline, and I felt as though the middle of the story was just filler-material. Slightly disappointing as a sequel for Disney standards, but not a bad movie, and worth watching.
Jacoby746
It was alright. I just didn't like the fact that Tron had about 5 min. of screen time throughout the whole movie. And most of it he wasn't really himself.

Astro Dude
That was something. And a program turning human, that's a first.
Canadian
Sorry about making my own Topic. I actually looked for this but must have had a mind lapse. It was a gorgeous movie with amazing fight scenes. I actually enjoyed the story and can't wait for the eventual sequal. Props to Daft Punk too. Cozmosus
Pretty good movie. I agree, Tron could have had more screen time as himself, but this is Tron Legacy. It's the legacy of Tron. Also, I thought some references were a little comical. Did anyone notice the brand of the top cargo box of Sam's house? James Denish
Best movie I saw long ago. Visiuals, effects, everything from the music was fantastic. I rate 5 / 5 and as good or even better than Avatar. Definitely recommend you see it in IMAX too.
.Nu-13
It was good, but not that awesome. Pretty bad plot (IMHO) but the effects and music were awesome. Though I was REALLY dissapointed that lightcycles appeared only for few minutes
Astro Dude
Lightcycles are cool. Wouldn't it be awesome to have those in the real world?
.Nu-13
Yeah, it would Honestly, I'm waiting for Tron X 5D's crossover. It would look like this:

War Chess
The story itself is not good, but the graphics and stuff are good.
jonycarr
Tron: Legacy is definitely special effects that show had to be done all year. Certifies its fantastic effects result more attractive as the film of the year. While writing the movie is not as bright as the special effects, which seems like a good enough balance to keep the film afloat for a very entertaining two hours to kill. jackamla
In ... "Tron: Legacy," is still a world of monochromatic light blue stripes for the friendly, red for the worst, but the programs are partiers hang in dance clubs sipping cocktails with umbrellas nice glass. Shalltear Bloodfallen
(Recently came back home after seeing it and this is completely oblivious to the original, which I´ve sadly not seen, yet) The Graphics and visual effects in general, like many of you already said, is were this movie truly shines, utilizing almost every opportunity to make the world of Tron appear digital and high-tech, but still, not impossible. The visual effects are stunning to say the least and makes gorgeus fight-scenes. Regarding the story however, it is realy basic but still doesn´t fail to give a few thoughts about computers and machinery in general (though that might not have been directly intentional). 8/
