Snitch Posted December 23, 2010 Report Share Posted December 23, 2010 Let me tell you all a story. This begins here, on the forum you're reading this in, namely, Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Maker. I registered late November, in 2008, and instantly took a liking to the forum, probably due to my large influence in the card game at the time. I made some good friends here, too many to list I suppose, but one stood out above the rest; namely a member named Ancient Gear. I suppose I liked him at first because his name was the Archetype I ran, though in future it ran deeper than that. But for now I tell you of the roleplay about a subsection of mutants, living in our everyday reality, and plainly, trying not to fit in but live as a separate race and recruit others as such. However, that is a story that is in fact a different story and nowadays cannot even be found documented on these forums. Even so, Blayke, my character, remains in my mind, with his detective-like get up and skin, hidden by pale, glimmering bandages. However, as said, that is a different story, and my time with Ancient Gear was sadly planning to end. This is due to my hiatus from YCM. I can't tell you why it happened, or what led me to do so, but something in the earlier third of 2009 changed my mind about this place and I slowly started to disappear from the activity list. Upon my return, we introduce another important character to this tale, Kuja the Magnificent at the time. Most of you will know him; those that don't, should. Me and Kuja, who I will now refer to as Fred, started a chain of roleplays in which we both enjoyed thoroughly, eventually branching into a full-fledged forum of our own, with one of his friends, Pragboy1, who will now be called Lily (though she wasn't at the time). I noticed a member, named Fenrir, noticing activity in our community, and once I discovered he was in fact the Ancient Gear from my past, we became friends again very quickly, and after a year or so, even to now, we still ar.e Our many adventures include saving the world from giant ninja sluething robots named John, followed by various bear-shark-explosion-high-fives. I remember it was "Succubus Queen", then "Masquerade" something... I don't know, but for some reason, I dun rly liekz Fenrir. So Zero. I've bumped into him many times, he's a kinder soul.
