Ben the description of Struggle of Powers is kinda lengthy, but I am [s]sober[/s] willing enough to write it out for you.

Over a hundred years ago the first human with extrodinary powers appeared; at first it was a person who could burst into flames, and not be harmed, and then a man who could breath underwater. Soon more and more people with these strange powers began to surface, as if coming out of hidding, and this caused the general population of normal non-powered people to grow fearful . . .

Now the world has been splintered beyond previous recognition, divided into four seperate nationalities governed by a leading "head" whom controls society as well as military assets. Yet recent unknown activities, brought about by an still as determined event, has summoned Supers from another time and place to the present. Caught in the middle of a growing war, each person must choose their destiny.

That is the gist of it Ben, there is more detail of course and that concerns the overall plot. Needless to say if Creator wants to join it should be expected to be good; though I hope others will be willing to join even if they're not experts at roleplaying.
I also don't have a lot you have to worry about, sure the application might be lengthy, but that'd be the hardest part if I have anything to say about it. Cursing, extreme violence, even things that go into the R-Rating catagories is alright if you ask me.

So, anything else you wanna ask X3
