This card cannot declare an attack. While you control at least 1 other face-up WIND monster, this card cannot be selected as an attack target. Destroy this card when it is targeted by the effect of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can discard 1 WIND monster in your hand to select and activate 1 of the following effects. ●: Destroy 1 Set Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. ●: Return 1 face-up monster your opponent controls to the owner's hand.

Engetsu's Card

Incredibly weak. Reliant on having WIND monsters readily available, and more or less everything to it has a cost/drawback. Balanced, but weak. Spirit Reaper wasn't too good a stall in the first place, this is even more vulnerable.

abethedemon's Card

A lv 5 beater that is only good for burning, and even that is limited and of little use. And targets the user as well, so even less effective. Destruction effect is a -1 so that's an instant no.

Meh. Engetsu's has more flexibility. There's my vote.
