I vote for the Card 1, it has a more creative effect. Card 2's effect is just boring.

I would have to vote on Card A cause honestly it's ability makes more sense then Card B's. Card B's OCG sounds a little messed up!

Wow Dispite the fact that Card 1 is horably OP Rai-Oh mixed with Honest negator..... I vote card one the second is to blad and I'm lazy so I dont wana point out he put "of" insted of "or".

I can already tell who made what card. Even so, I won't disclose it.

 

Card 1: First effect is OP'd. It needs a Once per turn or a cost. Other than that it is a pretty good card overall. OCG seems fine, pic and name are good, seems playable.

 

Card 2: OCG/Spelling is off some. I like the effect though. It would be fun to try in a Warrior or Hero Deck.

 

I'm going to vote Card 1 for this one. I like the idea for both, but Card 1 just seems more useful overall and is more professional imo.
