Simple enough, I fancy making a new card, so it's 1 on 1 time. 2nd against (joint) 5th.

 

Req: Make a WATER monster that uses 'A Legendary Ocean/Umi' in it's effect.

 

Votes: First to three wins.

 

Prizes: A rep. Plus 50pts for 3:0 win, 25pts for 3:1, and 10pts for 3:2.

Lore: You can Special Summon this card from your hand by sending 1 'Umi' on your side of the field to the Graveyard, as well as Tributing all WATER monsters on your side of the field. If you Special Summon this card in this way, destroy 1 face-down card on your opponent's side of the field for each card Tributed by this card's effect.

My vote is for Engetsu

 

Both cards are great in their own way but Engetsu's card is more beneficial for a WATER deck.

 

Legendary Sea Demon can only activate is effect once and it isn't guaranteed to kill many cards if some are face-up. It could also have had a better name. Engetsu's card has an interesting name and it's effect favors on supporting the water types to swarm and the pick isn't as blurry as the first card.

 

Had the first card had a better effect like sending cards from the deck to the graveyard or discarding via his effect, a less blurry picture, and a better name, things would have been different
