Name: Z.E.R.A. Zero-sum End-game Retaliatory Assault-unit

Effect: This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 3 monsters you control. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can add up to two level 6 or lower Warrior-type monsters to your hand from your Deck or Graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, you can pay Life Points in multiples of 500 to destroy up to 3 cards your opponent controls equal to the number of Life Points paid x500. Once during your turn, you can discard a card to add a card to your Deck from the Graveyard.

 

Brokens Card.

Effect: This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 3 monsters you control. Once per turn, before your Draw Phase look at the top card of your Deck. If it is a Monster or Spell card, return it to the top of your Deck. If it is a Trap card send it to the Graveyard. Once per turn, if a Trap card was sent to the Graveyard by the Effect of this card, you can activate it at any appropriate time until the End Phase. This card's ATK/DEF is equal to half the combined ATK of the Tributed Monsters.

Hmm....2nd card is less OPd, and albeit there are slight errors, as Black said, it's overall better in balance, and I like teh effect more.
