Alright. We all know which the rules by default are. No need to state them.

Make a Monster Support for a 5ds Archtype.

First with 4 Votes wins.

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while you control a "Blackwing" monster while 1 "Backwing - Vayu the Emblem of Honor" is removed from play. When this card is Summoned, you can equip 1 "Blackwing" Tuner in your Graveyard to this card. Increase this card's Level by the Level of the Equipped monster.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non Tuner WATER monsters.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control another face-up "Ice Barrier" monster, you can reveal up to 3 "Ice Barrier" monsters in your hand to activate 1 of the following effects, based on the number of "Ice Barrier" monsters revealed by this effect. ● 1: Remove 1 face-up monster your opponent controls from play until the End Phase. ● 2: Select 1 face-down card in your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zone. Your opponent cannot activate the Set Spell or Trap Card until the End Phase. ● 3: Return up to 3 "Ice Barrier" monsters in your hand to your Deck and destroy the same number of cards your opponent controls. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn.
