You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 WIND monster you control. When this card is Normal Summoned successfully, place 3 Wind Generator Counters on this card (max. 3). Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can remove 1 Wind Generator Counter from this card to Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower WIND monster from your Deck. You can only control 1 "Zephyrus, Mechanical Colossus of Storms".

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 2 WIND monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, during your Main Phase you can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower WIND monster from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position. Once per turn, during your turn you can select 1 face-up WIND monster you control and equip it to this card (only 1 monster can be equipped to this card by the time). This card gains ATK equal to half the ATK of the monster equipped to this card. If this card would be destroyed by an opponent's card effect, destroy the monster equipped to this card instead.

...EVEN though Engetsu's statement is true, I'll go for his card.

Only due to the fact that bringing a monster from your Deck is generally more useful than doing so from the Deck. Though this card may prove OP'd.

You mean the Graveyard?

My card is probably Op'ed, but not by much imo. You can only control 1 at a time, SS once per turn and only up to 3 times. It's not that bad compared to cards like Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon <_< though it doesn't SS from the Deck like my card does...

Anyways thanks for voting 1-0 Engetsu

Alright my vote:

Both cards are OP'd in my opinion; there is barely a cost for the summoning. But HadesRuler's card is a little more OP. Sure, Engetsu's is limited, but in real duels, 500 LP means almost nothing...

My vote is to Engetsu. Sorry HadesRuler.

Hmm, this one is tough.

For Hadesruler: His "equipping" is interesting in that rather than being destroyed by battle, it protects him from effect-based destruction. That being said, he's not gaining more ATK than 1000 for the most part, and he can still be targeted by effects like Compulsory Evac. But his summoning cost is the equivalent of a WIND Gigastone Omega, and for that I'd say he's a bit too strong.

For Engetsu: I fear those peons you're Special Summoning. The potential for a Tuner for a Synchro, Tribute fodder for something like Raiza, or even the potential to start pulling Harpies out. But I like how he only can do it limited times. I think that helps mitigate him. I just think he would need some other cost for being summoned. He's a bit too tough for almost the equivalent price of a Monarch.

That being said, my vote is for Engetsu's. Assuming the Summoning cost on both were mitigating a bit more, I would rather play his. But I'll still say they're both quite good. And now I shut up.
