The Requirements:

Make a lvl 6 effect monster, and a continuous spell card that can only be on the field if the created monster on the field.

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing at least 1 Fairy-Type monster from your side of the field. Put Energy Counters on this card equal to the amount of Fairy-Type monsters tributed to summon this card. As long as this card is face-up on the feld, your opponents monsters lose ATK equal to the amount of Energy Counters on this card x100.

Lore:

This card can only be activated if there is at least 1 "The Being of Pure Energy" on the field. Destroy this card if there are no "The Being of Pure Energy" cards on the field. As long as this card is face-up on the field, all "The Being of Pure Energy" monsters on the field gain 1 Energy Counter during your Standby Phase.

Lore:

This card is also treated as a Dragon-type monster. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than this card's ATK, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. After damage calculation, if you do not control a "Curse of the Spear Dragon, return this card to your hand.

Lore:

Destroy this card if it is face-up while you do not control a face-up "Zombified Spear Dragon". All "Spear Dragon" you control cannot switch into Defence Position by their own effect. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Spear Dragon" from your hand, Deck, Graveyard or Removed from Play Zone, or Tribute 1 monster you control not named "Spear Dragon" to Special Summon 1 "Zombified Spear Dragon" from your hand, Deck, Graveyard or Removed from Play Zone. When you control 5 monsters named either "Spear Dragon" or "Zombified Spear Dragon", you can Tribute this card that you control to send all cards your opponent controls and in your opponent's hand to the Graveyard. Your opponent gains Life Points equal to the total ATK of all monsters you control.

My vote goes to Admiral Stalfos, the monster's card effect is some bland, but the spell card is much more creative. TheComposer's cards have also have bland effects and i don't like it very much.
