-All YCM's rules apply.

-No spamming, flaming, trolling and joke cards.

-Written cards only.

-First to 4 votes wins.

-Prize: Loser gives 1 +Rep to winner.

Requirement

-Make an monster card that supports Polar Gods.

NOTE: Divine-Type monsters or cards that support Divine monsters are not acceptable. Real, TCG versions of Polar Gods don't have that attributes or types.

My card:

Polar Star Spirit Nörungmandr

| *2 | WIND

[spellcaster/Effect]

ATK 500/DEF 500

If you control a face-up "Polar God" monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. When a face-up "Polar God" monster you control is removed from field, this card gains 1000 ATK and it's Level is increased by 3. When this effect is activated, this card cannot attack your opponent directly. When this card is destroyed, add 1 "Polar Star" monster from your Graveyard to your hand.

Ser Warjacksworth's card:

Polar Star General Baldr

Level 4

LIGHT/ Warrior/ Effect

1600/1000

Once per turn, you can send 1 "Polar Star" card from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Polar Star" monster from your Deck. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.

Vote for Overdrive... seriously though, both cards are boring beyond believe, but Nörungmandr is at least somewhat interesting with it's "Level Up" effect... and since the Polar Gods always come back (well, almost always), it can be used multiple times, which in the end could turn it into a (very slow, but very steady) beatstick... okay, it's more interesting than I thought in the beginning, but that of course doesn't change anything in the vote ;)

Interesting?

That's a reason?

You may not get that, but yes it is (at least for me, and obviously for Overdrive as well). Your card is not bad, didn't say that, but it's not a card that would catch my eye once more. There are just too many of those effects, try to be at least a little bit creative... I mean, yeah, an Archetype also needs cards like that, but you don't need to present them in a 1 on 1, they are just there, maybe useful, but, as I said, boring beyond believe.

Overdrive's card is more creative, okay... but still, being a Level 5, it is hard that it will last long enough as to become a useful beatstick.

Warjacksworth's can be put to good use, since some Polar Stars have effects which activate in the Graveyard. It is not the most creative card in the world, though...

Well, I guess I'll go for Warjacksworth.
