They can accept, warn, and ban (for any amount amount of time, regardless of warnings) lower-ranked members (with reason, of course), and each equally share power. 1. Elite Four Water Master- Dark Link 401 2. Elite Four Grass Master - Fusion X. Denver 3. Elite Four Bug Master - Gary Oak 4. Elite Four Dark/Ghost Master - El Make [/spoiler] [spoiler=Gym Leaders] Gym Leaders are the 8 chosen Pokemon Trainers that test other Pokemon Trainers, and their abilities. On my Ruby, my preferred PKMN game, I use= Kingdra LV. 100 Moltres LV. 100 Rayquaza LV. 100 Tyranitar LV. 100 Lugia LV. 100 Nidorino LV. 60 They are all mein. My Lugia was REALLY hard to get. I must have traded hundreds of Normal Types to my PKMN XD Gale of Darkness just to purify and trade it. Lol. Then, my cousin copied the Lugia using Emerald glitch, sent many copies to our Diamond and Pearl, and traded out at least 30 into the world through WiFi.
