This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand to your opponent's side of the field by Tributing 1 monster your opponent controls or by its own effect. If you Special Summon this card, you cannot Normal Summon or Set this turn. During each of your Standby Phases, place 1 Eve Counter on every monster you control that does not have an Eve Counter on it. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Tribute 1 monster your Opponent controls with an Eve Counter to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard, to your Opponents side of the Field.

Big mistake with Szayel.

Since your opponent controls the card, HIS monsters get the counters, and the effect activates as if he was your opponent's.

Which would defeat any usefulness in his effect.

The pic is meh.

For Ulqui, Opponent shouldn't be capitalized, I don't think.

Pic is superb.

The effect is nice :3

Sableye's effect and pic are both good~

The trap is short, simple, useful, and quite balanced.

Good job~

DL... that's thw point of Szayel =3 He infects their monsters, then you tribute them each time you kill Szayel, who's only 2000/2000, and rather effectless.

Ulqui: Maybeh.

Thanks

Sableye's fuuuun~ XD

Thanks =3

EDIT: I changed Szayel's pic.

Just so you know, Releasing is like sacrificing in that it's an anime term, stick with "Tributing".
Opponent is lowercased.
Lv.=Level
Ulquiorra is kinda OPed, I think a good balancer would be that it requires another "All Hallow's Eve" monster to stay on the field or it's destroyed.
Other than that, good start on your set, I like the concept and how you seem to be mixing different characters from different series together.
You should do Orochimaru next xP

No, release has become the official OCG.
Meh.
Oh, that was a typo. Where?
... Do what. It only gets its effect when there's a monster.

... Szayel DOES put the tokens on your opponent! When it says YOUR monsters, it means the person who presently controls the monster.

Ex:
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Volcanic_Queen

Sableye DOES have a drawback... it's in DEF position, with no effect... *Looks* OH that part got deleted by mistake 0_0 Yeah, he's basically Junk synchron + Direct Attack.

Szayel: Interesting effect. I can see you wanted incorporate one of his freakier powers into this set. Though never being able to have him on your own field seems a little odd. But anyway, cool card in that it puts a drain on your opponent's monsters. The pic is a little meh but I saw just how hard it was to find pics of Szayel without getting really disturbing when you Pmed me about it.

Ulquiorra: Totally expected to see him, lol. While the pic isn't one I think would normally fit Ulquiorra, it does work rather well with this set as the idea is to be frightening. Onto the effect. It's quite powerful, I have to say. Though the summoning is a little conditional so that makes up for it. And the ATK increase is only for calculation. Good job on holding back on making your favorite character completely broken, lol.

Sableye: I like this one. Pic could be better but that's not terribly important. The effects are relatively simple, though nice and effective. ...Not really much else to say on this one.

All Hollow's Eve Released: Very simple effect but pretty good at what it does. Keeps monsters on the field which I can tell the set likes. Decent pic too.

Alucard: Wow, interesting effect going on there and pretty conditional summoning requirements.

Kabuto: Instead of a card and lore I see the effect followed by the bolded lore. Might want to get the pic of the card up, lol. Anyway, nice effect. Seems to fit the character and the theme well enough.

Orochimaru: I'm liking the pic. Effect is simple but works for him. Not really much else to be said in this case.

Halloweentown: Wow, that's quite the field spell you've got going for these guys. Nothing really too overpowered about it that I can see. Most people can get over the attack decrease with a little effort but it's still a pressure on your opponent. I was going to suggest a limit on the counters be set but read again and saw no real reason to. Good job on the card.

The Eve of the Eve: The name made me lol at first. Simple enough effect, gets its job done, doesn't make things confusing. All good things. lol

Jack Skellington: Figured he might show up in this. You know all throughout this set you've kept the effects decently simple yet still made them effective. Same here. I like that.

Last Minute Planning: Interesting way to go about changing monsters around. Searching for better monsters for situations is always a good thing. And you even kept a reasonable cost on it. Nice balanced search card.

Darkrai: Now I know what the pic is. I've seen it before but wasn't sure. Anyway, another nice effect on this one. I'm assuming the burn is once per turn. You may want to add that just in case to clarify. Other than that nothing stuck out as odd.

Good job on the set Black. Anything else I point out would require me to really examine your cards in-depth for details so unimportant it would be a waste of both of our time.
Anyway, 8.5/10 from me. (You can round up if you so choose, lol)

Thanks, Andx ^-^

I'll fix those things you mentioned on Kabuto (Facepalming myself) and Darkrai (I DID mean once per turn, during their standby phase)

You're quite welcome Black.

Yeah those were the only two errors that I could see. And both were simple mistakes.

Let's clear the pass in detail, because I currently feel like it, shall we? ;)

Sz... no, I'm too lazy: Pretty annoying, huh? This card can work out in many different ways and requires tactical usage. Though the idea itself is not new, I like how it's executed here, haunting your opponent over and over, but giving him a little something at hand to play with that has no direct drawback while on the field (unlike Lava Golem for example). Great card overall.

Ulquiorra: I normally don't complain about balancing in this section, and if you don't want to hear it, I don't mind that. But I think it's a bit too powerful, for the summoning conditions are not that hard to achieve, and the second effect basically makes him a pretty harsh beatstick. Maybe lowering his basic ATK a bit (2000-2500), to make it actually possible to defeat him by battle? Other than that, another nice card.

Sableye: He looks like the guy who could attack your opponent directly by blending in the shadows. Other than that, it's a useful, while not very creative card. I have to point that out... maybe you could refer to it's attacks as a Pokemon? I just looked the wiki up, and it says that it can have "always attacks last" and "can't lower Dexterity"... something like that.

Released: Beasty... maybe reducing it to Graveyard only? And not the same one that was just sent there (I don't know if that's inherited)? Just some suggestions, because I think otherwise it would be a bit too nasty.

Alucard: Why does he get a copy effect? I mean, copy effects are nothing new, and it's nice that he can get various effects... but I had hoped for a little more detail on the character itself. You could work with his several Releasing states, his weapon or just the skills you can see in the picture. Not a bad card, but I hoped for a more accurate one based on that character.

Kabuto: This one on the other hand is so like the character. Drawbacks for his Summoning effect are nice and... yeah, a pretty good card overall, also supporting the idea of this set very well.

Orochimaru: He should've gotten the copy effect... just my 2 cents. Other than that... yeah, he's invincible... maybe inherite the copy effect within the resummoning effect? Like, this card get's the effect of the card tributed?

Halloweentown and Eve of Eve: Nice supporting cards, heart of the set and a pretty creepy artwork. Nothing more to say, I like it.

Jack Skellington: The very Soul of Halloween. Nice card for distributing the Counters, they could even make their own archetype with this one. This one also has a pretty awesome artwork.

Last Minute: I like the name-effect-picture flow on the card (if you know what I mean). Quick-Play is the obvious choice, granting you some tactical possibilities... yeah, I'm running out of ideas what to say :D

Darkrai: Ah, a more interesting effect for once. Really nice how they work together on this one, and there are several synergies with the actual TCG. A great card to wind it up for now, but I guess there's more to come, Halloween is still a good chunk away ;)

Overall: 9.5/10. A well-worked out set, some flaws here and there, maybe some more unique effects (I always say that, ignore it) and it would've gotten you a 10. More Halloween plx :x

So long,

Spoon
