Since my first 1 on 1 was a bit too short, I figured I start another 1 on 1 with someone else.

 

Anyways here's the rules.

 

Rules

● All YCM Rules apply.

● You must be a 2 star member or higher to join.

● Opponent chooses the requirements.

● First to 4 votes wins.

● Winner gets 1+ Rep.

● If no one reaches 4 votes by October 19th , then whoever has the most votes win. If it's a tie, then the next vote will decide the winner.

● Votes must have a valid reason.

 

Requirements: Make a Synchro Monster that requires 1 Tuner and at least 2 non-Tuner monsters to Synchro Summon. The Synchro Monster must have at least 1 ability that activates as soon as it's Synchro Summoned.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can remove 1 FIRE monster in your Graveyard from play to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls whose DEF is less than the removed monsters ATK, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the DEF of the destroyed monster. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activated this effect.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, place 1 "A Legendary Ocean" from your hand, Deck, Graveyard or Removed from Play Zone on your Field Spell Card Zone; it is activated immediately. While both this card and "A Legendary Ocean" are face-up on the field, you can activate the following effects:

- All WATER monsters in your hand and on the field are reduced by 1 level.

- The ATK and DEF of all WATER monsters on the field are increased by 400.

- Once per turn, you can reduce the ATK and DEF of all non-WATER, non-Aqua-Type, non-Fish-type or non-Sea Serpent-type monsters on the field to 0 until the End Phase of your next turn. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activate this effect. During your opponent's turn after you have activated this effect, the ATK and DEF of all non-WATER, non-Aqua-type, non-Fish-type or non-Sea Serpent-type monsters Summoned by your opponent are also reduced to 0.
