Hello everyone! Anyway, title says it all. Opponent chooses the set-up for this one. Anyway here's the deal:

Requirements: First to post with requirements for the card.

 

Rules: All YCM rules apply. No joke cards.

 

Judging: First to five votes wins.

 

Who can enter: Anyone

 

Cost: As if

 

Time Limit: 1 Week (10/4-10/11) from start to finish. Note: if no one has 5 votes by the end of a week, whoever has the highest vote wins. If it is a tie vote after 1 week, next vote wins.

 

Prize: 1 Rep

 

[spoiler=My Card: Suimaizen, Underwater Arctic King of the Ice Barrier]

 

1 "Ice Barrier" or Sea Serpent-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Once per turn you can discard 1 card from your hand to return 1 Sea Serpent-Type or 1 "Ice Barrier" monster from your Graveyard to your Deck. Your Deck is then shuffled. Once per turn you can discard 1 Sea Serpent-Type or 1 "Ice Barrier" monster to the Graveyard to activate one of the following effects:

-Sea Serpent: Select 1 face-up WATER Attribute monster you control. Cut its ATK in half until the End Phase. That monster can attack your opponent directly this turn.

-Ice Barrier: place 1 Freeze Counter on a face-up monster your opponent controls. That monster cannot attack or change its battle position until after your opponent's next End Phase, except by card effect.

If you discard a Sea Serpent-Type "Ice Barrier" monster, you choose the effect.

of the Deep'' you can pay 500 Life Points to double the ATK of a face-up level 5 or lower Fish-Type, Sea Serpent-Type

or Aqua-Type monster on your side of the field. This card cannot attack the same turn this effect is activated. When

this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can send a face-up ''A Legendary Ocean'' or ''Forgotten Temple

of the Deep'' you control to Special Summon this card and 1 Fish-Type, Sea Serpent-Type or Aqua-Type monster from

the Graveyard during the End Phase.

Card Looks: Wynn's is better.

 

effect: both are good, but Wynn's is a little more useful.

 

OCG: As far as I know, both are great.

 

Type: The only reason I put this is because Wynn, I think yours has a fake type.

Thanks for the vote :D I can understand why you would think that's a fake type, it is one of the rarest types, second only to psychics. However, Brionac is a Sea Serpent.

Ahh, I see, well I guess I can understand, this is kinda pokemon-ish.

I vote for FTW. His card is better balanced. The revival effect is powerful yet fair, and it's dual effect goes well with the cards it supports.

 

Hades' card is OP'd, as you can easily get Terrorking Salmon, Mobius or Giga Gagigo to around 5000 ATK for a piddly 500LP, and the revival effect is fair enough to bring itself back, but to bring an additional monster with it is also too strong and doesn't really make sense to me anyway.
