Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Ok ok, I know I'm posting this with what is actually my 396th post, whatever. Reason being I have wanted to use this image for ages but haven't been able to think of a good effect without going down the obvious route of S/T destruction... until now. Just got the random idea of 'Why not do what a Twister does - pick everything up, swirl it around, and put it all down again in completely random places?' Lore: You can only activate this card if there are 6 or more cards on the field. Pick up all cards on the field and shuffle them together into 1 pile. Then deal these cards between you and your opponent, dealing to your opponent first. Both players place their dealt cards in appropriate Card Zones on their side of the field (you must place monsters in either face-up Attack or face-down Defence Position, and Spell & Trap Cards must be Set). If either player is dealt more than 5 Monsters or 5 Spell & Trap cards, they must send any additional cards to the Graveyard. I acknowledge this card needs a lot of work though so have posted it for you all to have a look and give me some feedback, especially in terms of OCG which I know is poor for me this time - but I honestly can't think of another card that does anything like this. Also I'm also considering putting in something about DEF monsters have to go into ATK and vice-versa but haven't the foggiest how to word that, and putting an initial activation condition in. Thanks in advance for any help. I really need it this time. Catman25
Very interesting card. ^__^ One thing is though, what if you were to be dealt more than say 5 S/T Cards? Do the remains go to your hand? the Graveyard? And ocg-wise I'm not that strong either, but I think you may want to find a different way to word "pack"/the first sentence. Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Very good question Cat, something I honestly hadn't thought about. Maybe I should make the activation conditions have something to do with a maximum of 5 monsters and 5 S/Ts on the field at the time (maybe a minimum as well). No that's too confusing. I think we definately need a minimum number of cards on the field to activate - maybe 6 - but any excess of 5 cards would have to be sent to the Graveyard. Pack seemed the obvious word at the time. Obviously we're not combining Decks and hands in this. Oh and I should point out you deal to your opponent first. I've had a play with it and posted a 2nd draft. More thoughts please people. Cloister
I must say it's creative!!! I don't know how balanced it is though due to its randomness... Anyways, love it. +rep coming your way!
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Wow thanks Tom. First time I've ever rep earned for a custom card.
Blue Cow
I think The fist sentance should be : this card can only be activated if there are 6 or more cards on the field. but what if you end up with cards that don't work together since your opponents deck could be a blackwing deck and yours a elemetal hero deck? other than that it could be in a side deck and if your opponents says their deck is soandso and it works with yours you can put it in before the dual starts i think Over all I like it coz it's cool and annoying (to your opponent I mean) so 9/

That looks better. Thanks for the review, it was just such a random idea.
Phantom M.C.
10/10, but only for originality, still a +rep i honestly don't know if this is usable or balanced, since its effect is just too random and out of the ordinary.
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Thanks Gal... er... Phantom. (Nice new avi btw). Two reps so far for what is probably the least useful, least OCG friendly and generally most mad card I've ever made. I love YCM logic. What a way to get to Level 4. NerdyAndyB
I'm relatively new to posting on the forums, but I've played Yu-Gi-Oh for over 7 years, and I'm very nitpicky about OCG. Here's my OCG corrected version of ur card's effect. (Still not sure about how to word the shuffling of the cards together. I can't think of any other card with that sort of effect. You can only activate this card if there are 6 or more cards on the field. Pick up all cards on the field and shuffle them together into 1 pile. If you or your opponent are dealt more than 5 Monsters, or more than 5 Spell & Trap cards, you and your opponent select and cards you/your opponent have been dealt to the Graveyard until you/your opponent control a maximum of 5 Monsters and 5 Magic and Trap cards. Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Thanks Andy. Edited the OCG, looks better, shortened that last bit though don't think saying you/your opponent three times was neccessary or space-efficent. NerdyAndyB
i know, thats what i thought, but i couldnt think of a better way to word it. How about this (im not sure if it sould be you or they) : If you or your opponent are dealt more than 5 Monsters, or more than 5 Spell & Trap cards, you and your opponent select and cards you (they) have been dealt to the Graveyard until you (they) opponent control a maximum of 5 Monsters and 5 Magic and Trap cards. Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Ok, think the OCG is as good as it's going to get. Giving this one last ka-bump before I go back to work, if anyone has any additional comments to make you're more than welcome to. Still happy with how suprisingly well this has actually turned out.
