He liked school, especially at Dragon High,but you always get sick of something at one point or another. Anyhoo..."1st period is Drama with Mr. Stanley, 2nd period is Chemistry with Mrs. Pless, 3rd Period is Physics with Mr. Cooper, 4th period is Math with Ms. Kuthrapali, followed by lunch." He likes to plan out the beginning of the day out loud. The day was normal from the beginning of the day to lunch. Then, it happened.[/color]
[color="#00FF00"]It seemed to be a normal day for Craig Criddle. He couldn't wait to talk to his best friend, Edmond Intrilligator, about the rockies game last night. The day went on, and on, and on. Finnally it was the period before lunch Math with Ms. Kuthrapali. Then, drum roll PLEEEAAASE, came lunch, a great time not only to talk to friends, but also remarkably also for eating.(He makes jokes like that automaticly in his head, obviously he has to tell it to someone, usually Edmond, who he is currently sitting next to.) "Hey, Edmond, not only is lunch a good time to talk to friends, it is also a good time to eat." "Hah, Hah, Hah, thats funny, Craig."[color="#000000"]((OOC: Not sarcastic, real))[/color] Then, an announcement came over the intercom, one that would change their & others lives forever. [/color]

Johnathan sat there looking at the students that were coming from all around, not even noticing as him as he walked by with his guitar strapped to his back. HIs main question was why did this school want him? Was it because.......no it couldn't be. As he headed towards the the main office, the clock said 11:47. Looking at his new schedule, Appearently it was time for lunch and he was missing it for an appointment with his new Counsler. Coming to a new school was bad enough, but coming mute was worse. Well, lets see what this Counsler wants with me, he thought hoping this wont take long.

Assoka sat down under a large oak tree. "So boring, nothing ever happens around here!" She grumbled, reaching for her bag. From inside, she snatched her Nintendo DSI and began to play a Spyro game. Pressing buttons with fury, she reached the large be-jewlled Golem. With Cynder's beam breath she took it out, ocansionally switching to Spyro with his fire breath. "Finally!" She exclaimed, saving the game and tucking it back in her bag. Pulling out her phone she looked at her schedule. "So, first period is Technology with Ms Stewart, then second period is Science with Mr Garenold. Sweet." The day went normally, with the usual yelling coming from her class. Then lunch came. Grabbing her lunch, she bit into a sandwich. Then she heard an annoucement, one that would change her life forever....

It was a rather ordinary day for me, at least to begin with. From most people's perspective, I am far from ordinary, and so none of my days could be ordinary, but for me- I'm rambling, I'm sorry. My name is Avalon Ward, I'm 16, but I'm smaller than most people my age. Most importantly, however, I'm dead. I died a few weeks ago, but no-one actually knows that yet, because I keep coming to school, and I was often ill even when I was alive, so if I don't come people don't panic. For the most part I'm ignored by most people. I'm not one of the pretty or popular girls, although there are a few people who ask about my health when I come back.

It's lunchtime now, and I'm alone in the classroom. At the moment, no-one would see me even if they were there, since as a ghost I can fade from sight, but since I don't need to eat or drink any more, lunch is rather boring. Holding something takes effort, so reading a book would be too tiring after picking things up in classes all day, so I just rest. Sometimes I start singing to myself, but only when I know no-one's around. It's kind of embarrassing, but people say I have a nice voice. Today, however, there was an announcement over the PA system...

Charves was sitting in the library as he often did since he had no one to really talk to or communicate with. He sighed and the closed his eyes before burying his head in another fantasy novel. He kept looking around as if he was expecting something but no one ever came and nothing ever happened. Charves always eats his lunch in the library because the cafeteria just doesn't make him feel wanted. The librarian sucks and is a horribly tempered old lady so he has to eat his lunch in secrecy as he silently reads all alone...

Tentie came to school it was just a regular day all work and no play, but Tentie didn't mind he liked school, but Tenma on the other hand hated it with a passion, he was constricted by the rules of the school like he could not do as he wished without some unseen force punishing him the moment his fun had begun, the day trudged slowly for Tenma, but Tentie enjoyed it greatly, the classes seemed to be fun, it was now lunch time, and Tentie and Tenma sat alone as they always have, they ate quietly convercing with each other in their mind, as they sat the PA buzzed to life........ [i]"Something important must be going on."[/i] Tentie thought, Tenma only frowned in responce

Lan walked up to the school, he knew he was late, but it didn't matter, he was a 'new' student as of today, so nobody knew him. "My, my I'm very late, this is disappointing," he commented, pushing the glasses he sometimes wore up and fixing his suit collar. "It's even lunch time, tisk, tisk," he added entering the school with one hand and using the other to make himself look nice for his first day of actual school. Lan skipped telling the secretary he was late and wandered about the school on a whim, then there was an announcement, which Lan had expected... Sort of. He knew it would happen, just not now.

Ren wanted nothing more than to have this day to end. Already it was lunch and Ms. Delgato she had for Physics was already on her list of teachers she was annoyed with. So what if she was right about the angles and the proportion of the weight that was distributed was equal. If Ms. delgato did not want there, bored, then she would have more advanced work for them but no, the rest of the class wasnt ready. Screw the class, I was ready. While eatting the sandwhich she had, she heard the strangest thing over the P.A., which changed her life..........

John opened his lunch box. As he bit into his chicken vest wrap, he began thinking about his French test. He had forgotten to study. French was Johns worst subject. He had straight A's in everything else, but was failing at French.
He needed a miracle to pass, or at least miss the test. John opened his chocolate milk. He always had the same thing fi lunch. A chicken wrap and chocolate milk. He was about to walk back inside, about to cram last minute for the test, when the PA turned on, and John heard an anouncement. He bet himself that it was about the lost cell phone that someone found yesterday, but ni, it wasn't...........,........

It was just about mid day when a loud thunderous sound could be heard from down the street. In the distance a man dressed in all black could be seen seen riding on a custom made super bike. The bike raced down the street, the driver showed no consideration towards the speed limit as he entered the school zone. The bike soon entered the school parking lot, the rider of the bike parked his bike in a spot labeled reserved for dean. The rider hoped of of the bike, the rider pulled off his helmet revealing long rich black hair. The man placed his helmet under his arm, and looked at a watch on his wrist.

" [b]Ha twelve o'clock on the dot, looks like im just in time for some lunch[/b]" A sly smerk came across the mans face. The man walked into the school building, he watched as some student stared at him. Some of the students shook their heads in shame or whispered among them self, but it dident seem to bother the man. The tall man reached into his pocket pulling out a carton of cigarettes, he places one cigarette into his mouth. After he placed the carton back into his pocket, he pulled out a silver lighter and lit up his cigarette. The man began to smoke in the middle of the hallway, he could not help hear one girl blurt out " Oh my gosh! Jace is such a pig" Jace quickly turned around at stared at the girl with a smerk across his face. " [b]Come again?[/b] " The girl answered in a timid tone " nothing" Jace smiled and continued to walk down the hall. " [b]I tought so[/b]"

As soon as Jace entered the Lunch room, he heard a fimilar tone. " [b]Oh great another announcement, let me guess Jace paramore come to the dean's office[/b]" He said in a sarcastic tone.

[color="#0000FF"]Edmond was still giggling about Craig's joke, when the P.A buzzed to life."Now this will sound strange, but there are government agents setting up equippment around the school. If you start glowing blue, immediately go to the front lawn. I repeat, IMMEDIATELY GO TO THE FRONT LAWN IF YOU START GLOWING BLUE. Thanks." " Strange, I wonder what that could mean Craig?" said Edmond. [color="#00FF00"]"I haven't the foggiest, Edmond."[/color] About a minute later, A strange humming sound started, & among others, both Edmond & Craig started glowing blue. [color="#00FF00"]I uh, suggest we go to the front lawn.[/color] [/color]

Charves started glowing blue and in all honesty definitely didn't want to go to the front lawn of the school. However, the librarian heard the announcement and said that she didn't care where the hell he went but he wasn't staying here and getting her in trouble. So off he went to roam the hallways. "This day just keeps getting more and more crappy." Charves said and then went outside to the front lawn. "Mine as well see what this is all about." Charves said and then stood there and waited to be told what was happening.

Lan had, by his expression, knew this was already going to happen. He looked at his glowing hands. All according to the scenario about all the energy rays. Lan nonchalantly returned to walking towards the front lawn. He burst the doors open and stepped to the lawn before taking a minute to fish in his pockets for something. It wasn't there. Lan sighed and presumed to ask for a pen sharp enough to draw blood, just in case of an emergency he assured the surprised persons he had asked. "So what in the halibut is happening!?" Lan yelled, acting as he knew from his off-school studying, he WAS a government science project and agent, more or less and agent. Lan stopped to smirk a malicious smirk that probably couldn't be formed by a normal person that didn't have the facial ability.

Assoka heard the annoucement, and chuckled. "What is this supposed to be, a practical joke?" She laughed. "I doubt anyone will head to the front lawn." With bored sigh, she reached for I-Pod and gasped. "What!!!" She screamed; her hand was giving off a small, blue arua. Shaking her hand in a futile attempt to remove the glow, she remembered the annoucement. "If you start glowing blue, immediately go to the front lawn."..... "I guess I have to go to the front lawn, since I'm glowing blue." Assoka muttered. She grabbed her bag, put it on her back and walked to the front of the school.

Now that really did sound bizarre. Government agents in the school, wanting to see people who were glowing blue? Well, things like this didn't happen very often, so naturally I was interested. I may not have been glowing blue, but I decided to go take a look - after all, I was invisible, so no-one would see me, and on the off-chance that I missed my next class, everyone would expect I was feeling ill and had gone home. As annoying as being ill throughout my entire life had been, it seemed now it was finally being slightly useful.

Heading down to the front lawn, it seemed as though a few people had actually come because they were glowing blue. I stood at the back out of the way as a force of habit - I could have stood in the middle of them and no-one would have known I was there, but this way still felt better.

Johnathan heard the annoucement over the P.A. System as he headed towards the Councler's office. Feeling skeptical about people giving off blue auras, he continued to make his way towards the office. He was about to open the door when his hand started to give off a blue tinge to his skin. Damn Government! They are always trying to ruin people's lives when they dont want to be bothered. Headed towards the front lawn, he took out his guitar from the case that was on his back. Playing a little melody to calm his nerves also gave him time to think more clearly.

Meanwhile....

Ren looked at her skin as the anoouncemen was made. Blue Skin? as if that could happen. Her skin then started to glow the blue the announcement had predicted would happen and now Ren was mad. Stupid Government, the probably mess up some kind of experiment in the water treatmant or something and now want to cover up any kind of suspision that would link then to it. Now heading towards the front lawn, she wondered if she will have to hurt a couple of agents.....She liked that thought.

Damian was sat at one of his secluded areas eating when he heard the announcement.

"Blue? People are actually glowing blue?" He thought aloud. "This must be a joke."

As he lifted his sandwich to carry on eating, he noticed his hands glowing a radiant blue.

"Aww, crap." He checked to see no-one was around and, more importantly, that they couldn't tell he was glowing. As soon as he thought the coast was clear he headed to the front lawn, sombrely eating his sandwich as he went.

"Somebody better have a good reason for this." He grumbled.

Jace who had just entered the lunch room began to glow blue. Jace took a look at his hands which was bright blue. " [b]What the hell is this S#@% [/b]" Jace pulled a cigarette from behind his ear, Jace stared at the cigarette for a bit and shook his head." [b]No way it couldent be my cigarettes because cigarettes has never harmed anyone[/b]." Before he knew it alot of people in the lunch room was glowing blue. " [b]Wow something is going down[/b]." Jace sighed " [b]Something tells me its going to just be one of thoes days[/b]." Jace lit up his cigarette and made his way to the front of the school.

[color="#00FF00"]"How so?"[/color][color="#0000FF"]Well I'm noticing things, more than I usually do, I mean. It's hard to describe. It almost feels... like I'm thinking more than usual. How 'bout that?[/color] [color="#00FF00"]"How 'bout that?"[/color] The two of them went out the front door with Lan Marsh, an aquaintence of Edmond's who ironically was also glowing. ((OOC: I hope thats OK with you TFM. If not I can change it.)) As they started walking towards the front lawn, they saw scientists & armed soldiers standing near a tube-shaped machine that went all the way around the school in a ring shape, with "turrets" coming off the tube periodically(Edmond described it as a very small particle accelerator. ((OOC: It's a scientific instrument used by physicists. If you want, you can google it.)) ) There were about 25 other kids when they got to where the scientists were standing. "Why the **** am I glowing blue?" someone asked. A scientist spoke up. "It will be explained. I assume you all have heard of the energy waves, & people with superpowers in the news?" Everyone had. " Well the blue glow means you have superpowers, given by this machine." This caused a mixed reaction in the crowd in the croud, mainly excitement, hyperventilation, & stunned silence. "Now, our job here is to recruit people for government run team. This is totally optional." "What would this team do?" said a random student. "The team fights crime, especially superpowered crime." said the scientist. "So, we'd basicly be super-cops?" "Yeah, but the team is run by the state, not the town/city." "Would it be dangerous?" "Yes, but not as dangerous as you think. You would have the military, S.W.A.T team, local police, &/or other squads of supers available constantly. Plus, you get paid, & it will be tax deductible when you start paying taxes." "So what are our powers?" "I don't know, but we can find out. But we'll only do that for people who join the squad." Most of the people left. Only about 10 others stayed. Edmond & Craig walked up to the scientist. [color="#0000FF"]"Count us in."[/color]

Charves decided he'd read his book while he waited, but when he grabbed his book he was able to see everything it went through. Every person who read it, every shelf stock guy who stocked it, even the writer who was on a talk tv show describing how he came up with the idea for the book. "W-what the hell!?" He said to himself and then dropped the book out of fear. He then touched his history text book; the same thing happened. He saw any student that ever slept on it, every teacher who ever gave it out, and any person who ever touched or used this item he could see. "I-I don't get this!" He said and then put his books back into his back and went to the flagpole and touched it; he could see the day it was put, every person who rose the flag in the past, and any person who ever sat by this pole or leaned on it carelessly while the wind flew by. "This is weird." He said and then concentrated on not seeing these images, he touched the flagpole and the images didn't come and then he just touched it with wanting to see them and they came again. "I seem to be able to see the past of any item touched...this is...crazy..." He said and then walked over to the rest of the group and looked around for more people who could have possibly been seeing the things he could see or even having some other effects.

"Count me in," Lan said. Then he didn't see what was infront of him, he saw.... himself? It was like he was looking through a mirror of sorts, then he started zooming in, like a camera he supposed. He attempted to shift his vision to the left, but he couldn't, then he blinked and he was looking back with his own vision. [i]Strange....[/i] he thought, looking to his right where he attempted direct his vision. Nobody was there. [i]it seems I can only look through the eyes of other people...[/i] He looked around, allow me to introduce myself to those who don't know me, my name's Lan."

Johnathan saw the many scientists and just thought, not again.....First was his parents, now this? Johnathan was really didnt want to deal with this at the time. So Johnathan decided to walk away from the front, towards the street, hoping he would be noticed by some of the people here, especially since he knew a couple of them by their first name. Appearently that wasnt what the Government wanted because there at the street crossing was Seymor, an agent that knew Johnathan all too well. "Well it seems you want to leave. Unfornatly, you cant because if you remember, your parents owe us..." Johnathan didnt need to hear anymore as his hands came together and clapped. The resulting sound wasnt normal as is sent a massive wave of sound Directly at Seymor, causing him to fly away.

Tentei had been standing at the door listening the whole time, he too was glowing a blueish color and his shirt had been torn apart he was only wearing half of it he walked forward with an identical replica of himself but only slightly different right behind him "I think you've got yourself an agent." both of them said in unison with a grin, Tenma(the replica) "Well I do haft to thank you gents for letting me out of my captor's head. Two men and one body, gets just a wee bit cramped." he smiled at his own remark looking around at the others who had stayed "Well I say we've got a fine team. Me and Tentei, and everyone else." he said with a chuckle, but after speaking he seemed to be thrown by some unknown force back at Tentie and disappeared on impact, once he disappeared Tentei's appearance changed, he looked like his regular self except for the large scar that now ran down the middle of his chest "Well shall we get this party started?" he spoke firmly and strongly determined to find out what he could really do with his new abilities

Assoka nodded, acknowledging everything the goverment agents had said. "[i] But why us?[/i]" She reasoned to herself. "[i] Of all schools, of all places, why did these goverment agents give students of THIS school super powers? And besides, they won't even tell US, the ones affected, what our powers are? If we don't know what our powers are, how are we supposed to use them to fight superhuman evil? These guys reallly didn't think this through, did they?[/i]" She concluded. Glancing around boredly, she noticed many people had left, leaving not many people behind. She shrugged. "Why not?" She muttered, walking towards the goverment agents. "Count me in!" She announced.
(OOC: This is the first RP I have ever seen that has had such a long death period, and has been revived. I applaud you all!)

They were recruiting students who'd they'd just given super powers to into some sort of crime fighting unit. It seemed almost surreal, but then I'm dead, so it's not as if anything in my 'life' was what you'd consider to be normal. It sounded interesting though, and I wondered if I should join them. After all, I did have super powers of a sort, and it wasn't as though sitting through school was going to be any use for me. I slipped back out of the group, where no-one would see, and shifted back t being visible. I then walked back towards the group, as if I had been hanging back out of the way before.

"I guess I'll join as well."
