Here is a new 1 on 1 contest. I hope people does vote in this.

 

Rules:

-All YCM rules apply.

-Anyone can challenge me.

 

Cards Requirements:

-It must have a lore.

-No joke cards.

-My opponent will choose card critereas.

 

To Win:

-First to 5 votes wins

-Time limit: if any of the two has 5 votes on the October 8th the one with more votes win.

 

FOR VOTERS:

You must give a valid reason to vote, you cannot vote based on the picture, name, etc.

 

The prize for the winner will be 1 Rep.

Lore:

Once per turn, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position. When this card

is Flip Summoned, destroy a face-up monster your opponent controls and inflict 800

points of damage to your opponent's life points. While this card is face-up in defense

My vote goes to HadesRuler.

 

A solid, while not entirely groundbreaking (pun not intended) with a pretty nice effect. It does not only look like a walking fortress with a giant hammer, it also feels like one if you're going by the effect. Also, Flip Summoning effects should be more common, especially in the higher monster levels, which this card does pretty good.

 

Mako's card is intself alright, but a bit boring. If all it can do is pummeling your opponent to death with it's (possibly) high ATK, that's not very much.

Both of them seem OP'd to me, Hades because your card can easily destroy any monster and it is very hard to destroy since most Spells/Traps require monsters to be face-up and its effects have no drawbacks and Mako because your monster is already a powerful 6 star beatstick without the effect. However, my vote goes to Hades because Mako's card has some OCG errors.
