Alright, here's the deal:

 

Card Requirements: Must be support for "Malefic" monsters. Spell, Trap or Monster. No Synchros.

 

Time Limit: 1 Week (if needed) 9/28-10/5 or First to 5 votes

 

Prize: 1 Rep

Select and activate 1 of the following effects:

-Send 3 cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard. Select 1 "Malefic" monster you control. Its effect(s) is negated and it cannot be effected by Monster Effects. During the turn this card is activated you can cut the selected monster's attack in half. That card can attack directly.

-Pay 1000 Life Points and discard 1 "Malefic" monster from your hand. Destroy all Spells and Traps your opponent controls.

While this card is in the Graveyard you can decrease 1 "Malefic" monsters ATK by 2000 and remove from play this card to negate the activation of a Spell, Trap or Monster Effect and destroy it.

"Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon" + "Malefic Red-Eyes Black Dragon" This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by removing fromk play the above Fusion Material from your Deck, (You Do Not Use "Polymerization"). When this card is Fusion Summoned, you can activate 1 Field Spell Card from your Deck. While you control this face-up card, you can control more than 1 Malefic monster. Once per turn, you can activate 1 of the following effects, *Select 1 "Malefic" monster in your Graveyard and return it to your Deck. *Select 1 Level 7 or higher removed from play monster and return it to your Deck.

Dr. Wily. Its useful AND can be used without supporting those Malefic things. Its more universally useful.

I'll count this but I want to know how this can be used without supporting Malefics since it requires Malefics to be summoned and most of its effects are geared toward Malefics.

First of all I'm going to address the OCG. I know some people think OCG is a pain and really annoying to deal with but in a card contest I think it is important.

 

Send 3 cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard. Select 1 "Malefic" monster you control. Its effect(s) is negated and it cannot be effected by Monster Effects. During the turn this card is activated you can cut the selected monster's attack in half. That card can attack directly.

 

It should be

Oh and after "effects(s)" I don't know if you should put "is" or "are". If it is one effect then it would be worded as "Its effect is negated" but if it is "effects" then it would be worded as "are". So maybe FTW needs to fix that wording too.

 

While I'm here I'll say something about Dr. Wily's OCG too.

FTW wins the OCG.

Dr. Wily wins the card art.

FTW wins the card effect support-wise.
