Lore:

1 FIRE Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned, send all face-up monsters you control to the Graveyard. If there are no FIRE monsters in your Graveyard, remove this card from play. Once per turn, while you control no Spell and Trap cards, you can discard a card to Special Summon a "Rainbow Reincarnation Token" (Fairy-Type/LIGHT/Level 2/ATK 800/DEF 300) in face-up Defense Position. Once per turn, while you control a "Rainbow Reincarnation Token", you can negate the effect of a card that targets or destroys this card. While your opponent controls 2 or more monsters, you can Tribute a "Rainbow Reincarnation Token". If you do, this card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. When this card is destroyed, you can Tribute a "Rainbow Reincarnation Token" or remove from play 2 FIRE monsters in your Graveyard to Special Summon it during your next Standby Phase. When this card is Special Summoned this way, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards in your hand x300.

I wanted to enter, but by the time I got the pic I was too late :(. Guess I'll just vote then. I'll be rating them both separately if that's fine.

For Ho-oh, noticed the big part in the beginning about killing itself when synchro summonned. Not sure if it's intentional or not, but seems like a big flaw to me.

Skipping that, the effect is really original, requiring a fire monster in the grave to stay alive, and utilizing the tokens it special summons to negate effects on it or allowing it to clear the battlefield of your opponents. Seems almost OPed, since summoning the tokens is easy, but without traps you risk a huge powerhouse killing you, so it kinda balances itself out.

Last effect, you can lose a token that helps with your effects or lose the fire monsters in the graveyard keeping it alive to bring it back. Some balance questions for me here, since the tokens can be easy to come by, and that you would probably make sure you have plenty of fire monsters in the grave before you brought it out, but it stays off till the next turn. The damage seems nice to have when special summoned, since you probably killed your hand summoning tokens anyway.

Pic was well cropped(if at all). Template is nice, but I don't usually pay attention to that kind of thing.

Total would be about an 8/10.

For Umbreon, I can't say I like the effect. You pretty much tried to copy the entire pokemon mechanics, which doesn't really work very well in the Yu-Gi-Oh game. For a seven star synchro, it needs a little more than high defense and an attack boost to only certain types while being relatively easy to kill with others.

Pic wasn't really cropped to fit the template, so it got a little sqished when it was created.

I give a 5/10. Sucks, cuz Umbreon is up there on my top 10 list of pokemon.

Hope you hold another contest sometime so I can join.

Thank you. 1-0 Zextra

About the self-killing: Yeah, that was unintentional. Thank you for pointing it out. The next time I use this card/post it, I will edit the effect.

Also, about the 1 on 1: I can create another one with the same conditions (with a different card of course) for you, if you want :D

Vote Zextra.

Well, I certainly like the idea of bringing in the strength and weaknesses of a certain element, but you can also over do it. And since that's all that codeson's card shows us, you can't really say it's original. Zextra's card is solid, matches the Pokemon and makes good use of the Token mechanic in different ways.
