Zextra
Hello, everyone! This is a 1 on 1 between me and Legendary Reploid Zero. Requirements: Make a Pokemon Synchro monsterVotes: First to 3 votes winsPrize: is 1 rep and 50 points [spoiler=Zextra's Card - Darkrai, Magnanimous Sovereign of Phantasmic Horrors] Lore:1 DARK Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card is successfully Synchro Summoned, you can remove from play up to 2 DARK monsters from your Hand or Extra Deck. This card's ATK is equal to the total Levels of the monsters removed this way x200. When this card battles with a LIGHT monster, halve its ATK. You can remove from play 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard to negate the effect of a card that targets or destroys a DARK monster you control. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can Special Summon a "Horrid Nightmare Stalker Token" (Zombie-Type/DARK/Level 10/ATK 0/DEF 0) in face-up Defense Position. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can equip a "Horrid Nightmare Stalker Token" you control to a monster your opponent controls. The equipped monster cannot change its Battle Position, and cannot be destroyed in battle. During each of your opponent's Standby Phases, decrease the equipped monster's ATK by 500. When a monster's ATK becomes 0 by this effect, destroy it and inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the Level of the destroyed monster x200. During each of your End Phases, remove from play a DARK monster in your Hand or send 2 DARK monsters in your Deck to the Graveyard. If you cannot, remove from play this card and take damage equal to the number of DARK monsters in your Graveyard x200. [spoiler=Legendary Reploid Zero's Card - Ho-oh, Eternal Spirit of the Raging Sun] Lore:1 Tuner + 1 non-tuner FIRE MonsterWhen this card is Synchro Summoned, you may send up to five cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard. For each Monster card sent this way, increase the ATK of this card by 300. For each Spell card sent this way, inflict 600 damage to your opponent's Life Points. For every Trap card sent this way, destroy one card on the field. When this card declares an attack, you may decrease the ATK of another monster by 500 during Damage Calculation only. If you do, then you must send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. When this card is destroyed, you may send the top 4 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard and pay 600 Life Points to Special Summon this card in Face-Up Attack Position. Spoon
Vote goes to Zextra. The effect is, again, long and complex, but it follows a common theme and ultimately can have a devastating drawback if you keep sending monsters to the Graveyard... even though you have the chance of removing them again, which could thin out your deck pretty fast. Also a nice use of the Token, but I don't know why it's Level 10... may be abused, but who cares. I'd still suggest to cut one effect, it's just too much. As a last point: I still like that template, gives the card a dark and creepy look. Zero's card has a common theme as well, though I don't think it fits the card that much... you're sending a lot to the Graveyard. That last effect is nice, like a phoenix rising from the ashes. Other than that, it doesn't stand out too much to be honest.

TheComposer
I'm hating you guys for making me read those long effects >_< Was a hard choice but in the end Zero gets my vote for 2 reasons. Zextra's card would just be too hard to keep track of in battle, also IMO it's a little op'ed, seeing as though your likely to crush the opponent before you're even close to getting decked. Also, I think Zero's card is more usable than Zextra's and less op'ed. So Zero GMV

RedRuler
I vote for Zextra's card, though it's hard to follow it's effect is more creative and balanced than Zero's.Zero's card just send a lot of cards from the deck to the graveyard, wasting a lot of cards. With this vote i think Zextra wins now.

Guest Legendary Reploid Zero
I'm sorry, Hadesruler1, but by force of my debater's habit, I must disagree. There are several decks and cards that would be very useful with my card, such as Lightsworns, Necro Gardna, Dandylion, and a few others. And, sending cards to the graveyard is never wasteful, unless you're trying to make a deck that doesn't involve milling (which there are plenty of these days). I just have to debate and argue with something that I deem incorrect.Anyways, Zex, your rep will be sent, and your points donated.(...God damn it... Can't I win at least one contest...?"
