Still OP'ed in my opinion. Basically, it's ATK is always going to be 1000+. Fine. But what if you remove a card that was milled and can't be returned, say, DaD? Or BESD(Loljk, noone uses BESD)

7/10. I just feel the last effect is still a bit OP'ed.

maybe its atk should be that monster's but just over 500, not 1000. or maybe when its attacked, its atk is 3000.
