This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. If 3 or more cards you control are removed from the field by a single Card Effect, you can Special Summon this card from your hand or Deck. If this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, destroy 1 card you control and 1 card your opponent controls. During your End Phase, by paying 500 Life Points, you can destroy 1 face-up card you control to destroy a card your opponent controls of the same Card Type.[/center]

Actually the only OP'd thing is his ATK because if your opponent uses lightning vortex or dark hole he is Special Summoned, you special summoned a 2700 ATK monster that can destroy 1 card per turn if you destroy 1 card you control. But since it cannot be special summoned except with his own effect, it is somewhat balanced.

I think it is UP'd actually. You'd have to hope that your opponent plays a field wiping card, many of which are forbidden. I think in the Special Summon you should make it just your opponent's monster that is destroyed, because chances are if your opponent destroyed 3+ monsters on you field then probably all your monsters were destroyed, and that would leave just this guy to be destroyed by his own effect. I would also avoid paying the 500 Life Points, the rest of that requirement is plenty balanced. As for the rest of the card, I've seen the pic before but it is fine and I haven't seen it recently, the OCG is fine and this card is playable. Well done.

Doesnt have to be Special Summoned - it just can.

Remove the "by its own effect", if you are able to Special Summon it, it will ALWAYS be by its own effect.

No, he has it in there so that it can't be summoned by cards like Monster Reborn, Premature Burial, etc.

Oh yeah, I noticed it could be Normal Summoned but I didn't post it, my bad. I still think it is slightly UP'd though.

unnecessary. it doesnt matter. Plus there are cards that Special Summon monsters ignoring summoning conditions.

Oops, sorry, I misinterpreted the last effect. I thought that it only targeted monsters based of their types for some reason. It more or less balances out now that I fully understand it.

I actually don't find this card very much OP'd or UP'd. I'm getting better with my OCG, but I'm not gonna question yours. It doesn't look like it has any flaws anyway. A good card. Pretty devastating, if you know how to use it correctly. 9/10

And yes, there are more, but they won't work on this card.
