Master White
Its the same as normal Synchro Summoning, except you need to remove a certain amount of levels off the required Synchro card to Synchro Summon it. So Starblast, Return Leveler, or any other card that reduces the level of the required monster will work. It has to be the "Required monster" for the mechanics of it to work.

"Junk Archer" + 1 Lv 5 Tuner Monster. Once per turn you can remove 1 monster your opponent controls from play. When your opponent activates an card effect or declares an attack, you can remove 1 monster card you control to negate the activation of an opponent's Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect or negate the attacking card and destroy it. ----------- So, in order for it to be able to Summon, you got to Knock down 4 levels on Junk Archer, b/c it Don't care about its level. So, Starblast Junkarcher by 4, paying 2000 Life points when ready to Synchro Summon this card. Not to hard, now is it. Thats why it is strong, b/c It is hard to pull of, but their will be easier ones, thats all...
I hope you Enjoy...

Darj
Well, you yourself wrote it: this card is really difficult to Summon, and has an Effect that is worth the effort of summoning it. But I see a small problem: It requires a Level 5 Tuner. Do you know how many Level 5 Tuners are out there? Just 1: "Ally Mind", which is a Normal Monster. So, to Summon your Dragon Archer you would have to run a weird Deck that focuses on "Junk Synchron" (or "Quickdraw Synchron"), "Star Blast" AND Normal Monsters to get "Ally Mind" on the field easier ("Birthright", "Ancient Rules", etc.). And to maintain the Archer's second effect, you should focus on swarming as well. I think such Deck would be really inconsistent and you may not be able to pull your combos at the right Time. Master White
yea, I was going to go with 2 Level four monsters, but decided to do that, b/c their was 3 monsters that are or can become Lv 5 tuner monsters. Ally Mind Egotistical Ape Emissary of Pandemoniuom But you are right, that it would still be hard, it was just a trial thing, I'll make easier cards here shortly that are under this format thing. I think I got what type of card would be easy and fun to do... Well, Lock to Redo idea better. Thanks.
