As the catacombs began to grow and run ever deeper in the underground of Paris, two 16 year old boys Alphonse Bernard and Armand Martius, the two were the best of friends they were inseparable, they had been friends since they were small children. The two did everything together. Alphonse was of a rich and very large family, Armand however was from a small poor family that worked for Alphonse’s family, but this did not get in the way of their friendship. One day Armand insulted Alphonse without meaning to. Alphonse took it personally, and plotted against Armand, he talked Armand into joining him in the catacombs to find his father’s secret wine cellars filled with the finest wines. Alphonse had been in the catacombs before and knew were to go to exact his revenge. They sneaked into the basement and taking with them a bottle of Medoc to keep the chills away. Alphonse drank only enough to keep the chills away, Armand on the other hand drank the entire bottle as they traveled into the deepest reaches of Bernard family catacombs. They reached the oldest part of the catacombs, “Where’s the wine?” Armand asked in a drunken slur Alphonse replied “Through this archway.” He said extending a hand in the direction of the archway, Armand quickly rushed through the archway looking for the bottles of wine, but all he found was a dark room filled with chains and shackles. Suddenly Armand found himself being attacked by Alphonse who quickly overpowered the drunken Armand, Alphonse bound Armand to the floor, and smiling he said “In pace requiescat” meaning rest in peace[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Present day the catacombs of Paris]

Alphonse Bernard the 2nd named after his great x10 grandfather is 16 and was exploring the catacombs deepest reaches with his father, as they walked Alphonse’s father told him about an old family myth one about Alphonse Bernard the 1st and his friend Armand Martius, Alphonse interrupted his father “No way, he actually trapped Armand down here in the catacombs?” his father replied chuckling “Of course not it‘s just an old family my….” A dark wind blew past them chilling them to the bone, Alphonse looked in the direction from which the wind had came seeing a skeleton bound to the floor by chains, the wind came again and a faint whisper could be heard “I am no myth…….” The voice tapered off with the wind, Alphonse’s father urged him to back away from the bones, and in trying to do so he stepped on one of the chains sliding the shackles from the skeletal hand, then the wind blew strongly and the skeleton was picked up by the gust and stood straight even after the wind had faded, the jaw on the skeleton moved as a disembodied voice surrounded them “I am Armand Martius who was trapped here by your ancestors, and now that you have released me from these cursed bonds you shall serve as my new body so I may take from this world what Alphonse took from me!” the skeleton flew at Alphonse’s father, Alphonse tried to help, but a bright light surrounded him and he awoke above ground, a bright figure of light appeared before Alphonse “You are my predecessor who must fight the darkness that I caused so many years ago, you hold the opposite of Armand’s power, you hold the power light, use it to defeat him, there shale be others like you that hold strengths over the elements, but Armand will gather an army of the dead with human commanders that bear the mark of the dead they will also hold the powers of the elements but their power is black and corrupt like Armand, be careful and don’t let Armand succeed in destroying the world.” The figure disappeared and Alphonse understood his job was to find his fellows and destroy Armand and his commanders[/spoiler]

You are a regular kid who lives in the area of Paris, France. Your life is about to change as the dead rise from the deepest parts of the catacombs, and you obtain strange powers over one of the elements, or you are confronted by a black figure who offers you great power and you accept his dark offer, he puts his hand upon you and you are given a black skull like mark appears on your body binding dark elemental powers to you[/spoiler]

bio: Lived all his life in paris france and really... a boring life. He lives with his twin sister Mary. He likes to play video games and go outside and play sports. One of the strangest this when he was a kid was he was always afraid of the dark... he thought he always herd someone screaming but when the lights were on he felt safe. He dosent have many friends but enough that school life is fun for him.
elemental power: On his sixteenth birthday Tommix finally went to bed after the excitment but this time he forgot to turn the hallway light on and he fell asleep like a baby.

Then in a dream a mysterious boy appeared.
He said:...

Tomiix, you have been chosen. The reason why you couldnt sleep is because you have been sensitive to the evergrowing problems in paris france. You can hear spirits crying and the only time you have slept without the hallway light on was tonight correct? Tomiix evil is spreading in the catacombs of paris... dark energys is attacking your world. Tomiix the reason why you slept without the hallway light is because you gained the power of light. The comfort of light radiates of you now. Keeping those wondering spirits away. Now i know what your thinking. "omg now im a walking lightbulb" but thats not true... you have the power of light.
ITs like a attribute. You can cast light spells like lift curses heal... you get a sword made of light so pure its a solid. You can ablitherate ten evil spirits just by making light come out of your palm. Tomiix you and many other children have been gifted with diffrent powers of diffrent attributes. GO out and find my desndent and any others who share a ability. Please, fix the mistake I have caused.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

bio: Alphonse grew up in Paris, France and lived there his entire life, his life was rather normal, he went to school and made good grades, he played with his friends and had plenty of fun, he grew up rather fast learning all that he could of life and everything else. He was quiet familar with his families great and dark past, but for what sins his family did comit they always seemed to atone for by doing something great, but the mystory of his grandfather of whom he was named after was that he had done no wrong, or atleast not any that Alphonse saw as true, but he lived up to his name and tried his best to do nothing wrong, wich he was fairly good at, he stayed out of trouble and rarely did anything to get him in trouble.

appearance: Has long blond hair (she died it blonde so people would stop saying thye looked alike) hair and rosy cheeks. Rather average looking. Has blue eyes and hoop earrings. More recently shes been wearing dark robes lately... Always wheres the necklase her grandfather 10x used to own.
mark of dead appearance: She looks like tomiix. She uses this to confuse her opponets.
bio: Lived all her life in paris france and had a exciting life. Shed always go to the mall and talk to her friends while her twin brother moped around. But, something strange always happened every night. The soothing noises of the night coxed her to bed... she could never stay up to watch t.v. because of the comfort. One night on her 16 birthday she couldnt fall asleep... because that conforting darkness went cold. Suddenly a man walked through her wall.
"Hello there mary... my name is Armad.. and I need your help. You see years ago a evil man killed me. Now I need your help to seek revenge on him for all the terrible things he did to me. Can you help me?" She was reluctant at first but then after furter explanation she joined him and he placed the mark. "Youve always had the power of darkness my dear like me. Now with this mark your powers are duplicated. GAH!"

no, that is what the mark looks like. You yourself never had powers until Armand gave you the mark, and to use these powers you musst activate your mark, which in turn charnges your appearance

bio: Renato has recently Traveled to France for personal studies for the institution he works for. Renato is a genius in Italy, his home land, and works for a major science institution. He arrived in France less than a year ago before the dead became alive, he speaks French, English, and Italian fluently, but still likes to speak in Italian casually. One day, he was on one of the beaches of France a day before heading back to Pairs and a tilde wave appeared as if from nowhere and crushed him. Renato somehow survived and limped his way off the beach, but when he got off, his clothes became dry and his body healed! He had concluded that the water was absorbed from his clothes and healed his internals. Renato discovered he also had the ability to control water! He entered a cab to Paris a few hours before the dead struck.
